“My instructor was Dr. Kevin Parrish. He really helped me in this course allowing me to bring my score up in both english and math. I really loved how he wasn’t like a normal boring teacher that just read off slides teaching kids for 3 hours and doing barely any questions; he taught with questions which I love. When a teacher has a group of kids for 3 hours listening to him, he must make it fun, interactive, and still help every single kid learn. Dr. Kevin Parrish did all of this and more. He was so energetic during class and I was actually able to pay attention which is usually hard for me. He was genuinely such a great and fun teacher to have throughout these last 4 weeks and I think if I hopefully receive National Merit Semifinalist, he will be one of the core reasons.”

“I took the PSAT Course from Kevin Parrish, and it was one of the highlights of my summer. The effort and enthusiasm he put into the course were truly amazing, and they made every moment a new, exciting experience. Because of him, I improved my math and grammar skills, and I finally learned what a semicolon does. He is one of the best teachers I have ever had, and he helped me make my score rocket into the high 1400s and was always kind, funny, and encouraging. I think that if anyone needs to prepare for the PSAT, Kevin is the person you should go to, and you will have an amazing time while being as prepared as you can possibly be.”

“I really enjoyed learning my PSAT course with Dr Kevin Parrish because he made the 4 weeks very engaging and informational. I specifically liked how he used to make us try "challenge questions" during break and later explained them. Overall, definitely recommend taking his class!”

“He actually teaches instead of just reading off those slides, he makes the classes engaging teaches us instead of just bluntly muttering for each slide. He knows his stuff really well which I think is what really helps us a lot... my score increased dramatically after i took his skills and tactics while testing. He always challenges the class with the hardest questions and every time we get one right our confidence boosts. He is always energized and engrossed and knows deeply about any topic he decides to teach. A loud shout out to him for not getting tired of the questions. The only flaw is that if he becomes any better, he could succeed in making a sixth grader pass the PSAT. But on a good note, he actually makes each student engaged and convinced to learn for the better.”

“My instructor was Kevin Parrish and he was very helpful as he effectively spent a lot of time creating resources for easy access to practice problems. He is also very interactive reading and answering questions we ask in chat while using polls as a way to gauge understanding. He does not just read off of slides but he effectively moves with the pace of the class, making sure we understand the lecture while adding on to notes to help us. Another good thing about this course is that he spent hours going over the questions himself looking for patterns that help students find ways to catch patterns on the psat while using sat questions to prepare us for the hardest possible psat questions”

“I had Kevin Parish as my instructor. I had about a 90 point improvement with him. He was really fun and engaging. He was super helpful, very kind, and super supportive to us. He took our feed back and used it to make him better. I had asked him once to try to give us some time to read the question because he kept talking and it was distracting, but he took it really well, and used it all throughout the rest of the course. He was super kind and very cheerful every time he greeted us very nicely and was just a really good instructor.”

“My AMAZING instructors were Isabella Raicu and Michelle Lisowski. I feel way more confident in my test-taking skills and how to approach each question.They made this class very enjoyable and interactive. If it weren't for them, I would still be so overwhelmed and confused. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the best instructors. You really will miss out on an amazing and unique learning experience if you don't take their class.”

“I used to score high 1300s to low 1400s, but after taking this course, I was able to get high 1400s and even reach the 1500s on my practice tests. Isabella Raicu & Michelle Liowski kept the class engaging and fun, which made the 3 hours pass by fast. They also answered questions and were very interactive with the chat, which helped me better understand the content. I liked all the tips and tricks they taught, as I didn't realize some questions I would struggle with were easy to solve with the right method.”

“My instructor was Ms. Isabella Raicu, and through this course, I saw a 200+ score improvement in my score! It was a really good course, especially how she kept us continuously engaged in class. I also think that this entire course was very beneficial to me, helping me with math, english, and my timing issues. “Taking the SAT Study course was honestly one of the best decisions I made while preparing for the exam. Before I joined, I felt overwhelmed by the amount of vocab I needed to know, confused by certain math concepts, and unsure how to study in a way that actually worked for me. After going through the program, all of that changed. One of the biggest ways the course helped me was with vocabulary. Instead of just memorizing random words, the program taught me how to understand them in context, recognize patterns, and actually use them. The vocab strategies made everything feel way more manageable, and I started noticing those words popping up in practice tests and even in everyday reading. It made me feel confident instead of stressed, which was a huge shift. Math was another area where I saw a huge improvement. The course broke down every topic in a way that was clear, organized, and easy to follow. I loved how the lessons didn’t just show the steps — they explained why the steps worked. That helped me understand the logic behind the problems instead of just memorizing formulas. The practice questions, walkthroughs, and tips for avoiding common mistakes made a massive difference. I went from second‑guessing myself to actually feeling strong in math. But honestly, what made the biggest impact was the teacher’s, Isabella Raicu, personality. My instructor was energetic, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us succeed. They made every class feel engaging, even the tough topics. Their explanations were super clear, and they always encouraged us to ask questions. You could tell they loved teaching and wanted us to feel confident. That kind of positivity made the whole experience way better and kept me motivated the entire time. Overall, this SAT Study course helped me in every way I needed — vocab, math, confidence, and mindset. I walked in feeling unsure and walked out feeling prepared. “My professor was Isabella Raicu and Michelle Lisowski and I think they did a great job teaching this course. Anytime that I had a question on any of my assignments I could just paste it in the chat or ask them and I would get a true explanation. I really loved my professors as well I think they were just the happiest and sweetest people and I'm thankful for these 6 weeks. I also think that Isabella and Michelle are sweet people that made these three hour long classes feel not so long and I think they both have such a friendly and nice demeanor. I believe my score improved by around 200 which I am super happy about. Thank you Isabella and Michelle :)).”

“It was an overall great experience! I learned so much from both Isabelle and Michelle and they were incredible instructors and people. Getting lessons from the both of them really helped give different perspectives and insights into their own experiences and ideas. I learned a lot and they also made classes interesting, keeping us engaged with answering questions, and asking questions of the day to get to know us personally! I saw improvements on my practice tests of 150+ points and am continuing to do better on every quiz. The strategies taught were extremely helpful also but I think when deciding which intstructor to pick, picking Isabelle was definitely an amazing choice! I am very happy with how it went and she was very nice, helpful, patient, and she definitely knows what she is talking about. While it was not easy to listen everyday for six hours, mid summer, she made it interesting and with a little more practice, I will be ready for my August SAT!”

“This course has been very helpful in improving my score, and Ms. Raicu is a very nice teacher. She is kind and funny and engages with the class. However, I feel like the SAT full-length practice tests are easier compared to the actual SAT, but that might also be the environment that I am in when taking the test.”
