“Miguel Chavira was a wonderful teacher! I have learned so much from this prep course and it has been such a wonderful experience!! Honestly, the homeowrk was stressufl in the very beginning... but about halway through I noticed that I wasn't struggling! I have much better time management skills and so much knowledge that I can apply not just to the SAT, but to school, college, and life in general. I'm so happy that I decided to take the Prep Expert course! Although I haven't taken my official SAT yet, I have seen an average of 390 point increase!! I feel so much more confident! Thank you Prep Expert and thank you Mr. Miguel Chavira!!!”

“Emma Sayler was truly an amazing tutor! She was not only extremely interactive with everyone in the class but also explained concepts and questions in great detail and in a way that was very easy to understand. I was struggling a lot with Reading and Writing, and she helped me shorten my testing time while also helping me understand all the concepts. Emma was also extremely friendly, making the course something that I looked forward to. I loved the timing of the course, and how it was a great review of all the information. I would recommend this course to anyone who needs a little or even a lot of help.”

“Emma was an amazing and engaging teacher! I have tried other courses including big name companies and truly nothing is as benficial as prep expert. My score shot up to the top 1% after the 6 week prep expert course when it has decreased after a 10 week course with another company. It then increased again after a weekend review! I don't know how they do it, but they changed my mindset to make the SAT seem easy, and the strategies they suggest truly do work.”

“Prep Expert was incredibly helpful for my preparation of the SAT exam. My instructor, Emma Skyler, was very thorough in her explanations regarding not only WHY the right answer is correct, but HOW to reach the answer organically on the real test. While I was already scoring very high on the math section before Prep Expert, my average question answering speed greatly improved after gaining a better understanding of the more complex questions. The Reading and Writing sections have always been my weak points, but Emma showed us amazing strategies that I used in practice (such as BOSS, 7-Repetition, etc.) which greatly raised my score. This course most certainly had the biggest impact on my improvement. Thank you so much!”

“My instructor for the weekend review, she was very helpful and thorough. I liked the strategies of this course, they are very simple yet efficient and helpful. Since starting this course I have improved my score from a 1130 in my PSAT to currently a 1450 with each weeks homework raising an improvement in my score.”

“Emma was a great instructor, she provided great detailed explanations on each section of the SAT, paitent with any questions regarding on any questions we had regarding each section of the SAT, along with clear explanations on the tips and tricks for each section. Miguel and Emma in these past few weeks have helped me so much improve my score in both Math and ELA and I cannot thank them enough on their efforts and helping me and other students who are taking the SAT to improve their scores. Again, thank you to the both of you for helping me throughout my journey of improving my SAT score and I wish nothing for the both of you but the best, thank you! (P.S. “Emma was my tutor. I really liked how she was nice and treated everyone with a nice tone and voice. It can get overwhelming teaching that many students for 6 hours and Emma always kept a smile in her face and never stopped to smile. However, I do feel like she goes off track once in a while and talks too much. By this I mean that when we are given time to do a question and answer the poll, she reads the question and sometimes starts giving us hints or answering questions so, personally, I couldn't concentrate on the question so I had to mute it. I would like for her to let us read the question on our own and do the question alone with silence and then after the given amount of time, she can answer questions and explain the questions we were given.”

“Emma was a very fun tutor over the long 6 hr/day weekend review. She made the course enjoyable to go through and gave great feedback and insight on how to answer the questions. I take my SAT in March, but on the practice tests, I have improved by around 140 points! She is great at explaining and going through the process for each question to understand it well. I honestly believe that these past 2 days made me really prepared for the March SAT.”

“This Weekend Review with Emma was incredible. She was very knowledgable and understood the SAT inside and out. She took us step by step for every type of question across the board and helped me reach a better understanding of how to approach the questions during the SAT. “My instructor's name is Taylor Trautwein. I was able to improve my SAT math score up to a 750 and am just 2-3 questions away from getting a 800 on the math module everytime(my score on the math section was 680 when I took the March SAT in 2024). However, my reading score stayed the same for the most part. I really liked how the instructor was open to feedback and was constantly trying to find ways where she could lead the lesson in a way where we would be benefitted the most. She made sure that throughout the classes, she was making an active effort to make it seem like a comfortable environment so that we would be able to feel comfortable to speak our minds in the classes. About the course specifically, I liked how we were given a list of vocabulary that would show up on the SAT because for the reading and writing modules, it was really helpful to help me understand the overall message of a passage better. Also, I feel like the hard math quizes were extremely beneficial and that is what probably allowed me to have such a great improvement on the math module of the SAT. For every practice test and quiz we would take, we would have access to the answers and explanations to all of it too which I found to be extremely beneficial for me to understand the reasoning behind a correct answer. The checklists that are provided on the dashboard are also helpful at least for me because I felt like I was going to be more more prepared and it allowed me to reduce test anxiety prior to taking the practice tests as well as during. I am expecting this to happen even during the day of the actual test because of how reassuring it is to have a checklist to make sure I am ready for the test.”

“I have thoroughly enjoyed this course. Taylor and Alex both did an amazing job explaining concepts and breaking down each problem. The amount of detail they went in to futhur explain each problem made it really easy for me to understand. I appreciated that not one student's questions were overlooked and were all answered in detail and with examples. I am someone who needs detailed instructions to understand a concept, so the extra explanation was very helpful for me. I also liked that they made the lessons fun with pop culture refernces and drawings to furthur explain concepts.”

“It was a pleasure to learn about the SAT and different strategies from Taylor Trautwein. I feel very grateful to have an instructor like her who interacts well with her students, cares about their success, and makes class time more engaging and fun to be a part of. Ms. Trautwein’s ability to break down big concepts and topics of the SAT was incredible which helped me find my strengths, help my weakness, stay focused and motivated throughout the course. She overall throughout the six week course gave support, help, and encouragement to all her students, especially when the class I was enrolled in had more students than she expected to have. She created a comfortable learning environment for everyone and made us feel happy and get a better understanding of how the SAT is going to work, certain study plans, and amazing strategies that work. Mr. Alex Yang was also part if this course who helped us whenever questions were asked and gave very helpful answers. Thanks to Ms. Trautwein, I feel confident in taking the real SAT and my score has improved on SAT practice exams. If there is anyone I know who needs any additional help with their SAT preparations, I would happily recommend PrepExpert and Taylor Trautwein to them for beneficial help!”

“My instructor's name is Taylor Trautwein, she did an amazing job teaching everyone the lessons and strategies for the SAT. I enjoyed the reading part the most, mainly because I've always struggled with answering questions regarding poetry. However, the strategies that were introduced to me should allow me to perform better on the SAT than I would in normal high school. I would defenetlly recomend this to some friends who I know are struggling in math.”
