“I really enjoyed the 6-week ACT Prep Expert course with instructor Ethan Moy. His teaching helped me understand Reading and English concepts exponentially better while also allowing me to hone in on my Math comprehension and problem-solving skills. Ethan did a great job breaking down difficult concepts and making them easier to understand and apply. Throughout the course, I felt myself becoming more confident in my ability to approach different types of ACT questions. One of my practice tests resulted in a 35, which I was extremely proud of, and I’m hoping to perform just as well on the real ACT this week! I’m very thankful for the knowledge, strategies, and confidence this course has given me going into the test.”

“My Prep Expert instructor Taylor Trautwein was a tremendous help to me with the SAT. I had been studying for a few months and felt I hadn’t made much progress. With all 12 lessons and her consistent help, Taylor was able to help me overcome this block and I feel so much more confident with the SAT. She provided Math, Reading and Writing , and general SAT taking strategies which were all super helpful! THANK YOU TAYLOR!”

“My instructor is Taylor Trautwein, and I gave her a four-star rating because she provided substantial help with all strategies. She receives a four because the pace is somewhat fast, making it difficult to absorb the material at that moment. Aside from that, the experience was quite good.”

“Over the past few weeks I was lucky to work with Vishnu Bharadwaaj, in the few hours we had he helped accelerate me fixing my glaring mistakes. When we had first started it was fairly clear that my problems were mainly my lack of any knowledge of the grammar rules, but within a few classes he was able to help me from getting nearly all of them wrong, to nearly all of them right. He was super kind and respectful and seemed like an actual person I could talk to, rather than SAT-Bot 9000. The methods he taught me were invaluable; It was lovely to work with him.”

“I just finished my ACT prep class with Mr. Ethan Moy, and I can say without a doubt that I'd recommend it to anyone! I was initially apprehensive about the long class time, but Mr. Moy made his class very interactive and made it much easier to focus throughout the time. I am confident his teaching will help me improve my score in the future!”

“My instructor was Taylor Trautwein, she was littlery one of the best instructors I've had. Her classes were entertaining and made learning Prep Expert PSAT strategies 100x better. I seriously loved everybit of the course. She made strategies that dont sound fun become very fun and helpful. Ms. Taylor also used her own experiences and advices that helped how we apply startegies. For example there is a strategy that helps improve passage speed and her tip was to, read the passage in another voice. Her classes were a 10/10.”

“Taylor Trautwein is a phenomenal teacher. But I don’t like the strategies all that much. Especially for math and general. Most of them feel like common sense when it comes to test taking although I guess they could be reminders.”

“Ellie Pan is one of the best tutors that I've ever had because of her patient approach to problems and my concerns, and her attempts to understand why I'm struggling on a certain problem or inconvenience. She additionally manages to squeeze in mini lessons into problems that I seem to lack some content knowledge and she gives me many strategies to help me build up my score. If you are looking for a supportive not intimidating tutor Ellie Pan is the tutor for you!”

“Excellent tutoring company! I got a massive improvement on my math score working with Ellie (670-740) and my SAT jumped from 1440-1510! I loved how clear and personalized the course was, so I could do targeted review based on exactly what topics I was struggling with. Would definitely recommend PrepExpert!”

“My instructors name was Ellie Pan. During her tutoring, I was able to improve on many of my math concepts, and she was especially helpful in helping me better understand how to tackle complicated and long reading passages. I had previously gotten a 1390 in June, and in August, I was able to get a 1460. My math score improved by 50 points and my reading score improved by 20!”

“I was enrolled in the 6 Week SAT course, taught by Ilia Kolmagorov. Off the bat, I was amazed by the amount of helpful materials I had at my disposal. Each book, vocabulary list, math quiz, and full length practice test helped make me more than confident that I had everything I needed to truly understand the SAT and everything I could encounter. Moreover, I immediately saw an increase in my score as I took more math quizzes and practice tests. I cannot express how much relief it brought me to know I was truly learning valuable strategies and techniques. Lastly, Ilia Kolmagorov was an impeccable teacher. Wickedly funny, immensely intelligent, and always made sure he did all he could to improve the students headspace’s. “Feel what you’re feeling,” he would say. Every class was a pleasure, and always truly engaging. Thank you Ilia and PrepExpert!”

“I first wanted to say thanks to Ilia for his help in getting me to improve by 150 points. Before his course I was at 1330, and now I am at 1480. I did really enjoy his involvement and charisma in keeping me attached to the lesson. While I did find the course really helpful, I still think that if the course when over more complex material - like strict grammar rules and standard English conventions - towards the beginning, I maybe would have had a stronger score improvement. Other than that, I wanted to say thank you again for helping me improve my score for college, really appreciate the time and effort you put in for my benefit.”
