“Kevin Parish was my instructor for the course. If you have the possibility of choosing him, please do. I’ve never had a funner teacher. He has an incredible enthusiasm I’ve never seen before. Since the start, Kevin’s lessons were extremely fun. He kept us involved with all poles and showed us the results, which in my opinion was very effective for my understanding. His anecdotes were extremely effective for us to understand his thoughts and to guide us through the answer. Because we only tackled hard questions, I felt that, when doing the practice tests, everything had a flow. I am surprised by how well he has been preparing us. Furthermore, Kevin really knew the questions from the question bank, he’s done every one of them! He meticulously picked the best ones and the ones he thought served the best purpose for us to put in practice why he had just mentioned. Kevin was direct and, even though he has a warm approach, he kept the seriousness we needed to maintain discipline when studying for the SAT. For each type of question, Kevin guided us on how to approach them: some looking at the answers first and some by really focusing on the paragraph. By the same token, Kevin did his own analysis on the questions and their topics. Like, for example, how he numerically analyzed and concluded that the SAT now focuses more on Command of evidence. This is a great insight that we would rarely figure out alone. Kevin, unlike many professors, also taught us how to solve math questions using Desmos. This had saved me so much time and stress! Not only has Kevin reinforced the importance of using BOSS, he has guided us on how to do it effectively. Kevin has also given us tips on where to search for more support and tricks. He is truly exceptional. If you are seeking a professor that will teach you the best tips and tricks for the SAT and for doing the test in an efficient manner. Please sign up for this course. Worth every penny! He did not solely read off of slides. As an international student that previously struggled with the English section, I now feel more comfortable with how to take the Reading and Writing Module in a way that boosts my score. Kevin truly created an atmosphere that I felt like I was face-to-face in a class with him. He is an SAT expert.”

“I was introduced to Prep Expert through a Zoom webinar. I had only taken the SAT once before and was not satisfied with my score, so I, after consulting my parents (non-essential appositive!), decided to sign up for Dr. Kevin Parrish's 6-Week Flagship Course. I honestly came into the course expecting slideshows of strategies for the test, but instead I was given something so much better. Dr. Parrish's teaching style felt so engaging, and I never got bored throughout the entire session. Not only did I never get bored, but his recommendations and his method of conveying strategies (especially through his analogies) helped me approach all types of questions in a much more effective manner. I started seeing noticeable improvements in my pacing and accuracy (in the full-length practice tests) following the sessions as I practiced applying many of the strategies I was taught. “Working with Raghav Mahajan has really helped me improve my understanding and confidence in math. When I first started, I struggled with certain topics and sometimes felt unsure about how to approach more difficult problems. But over time, he has made a huge difference in how I learn and think about math. He is very patient and always takes the time to explain things clearly. If I don’t understand something right away, he finds another way to explain it until it makes sense. He doesn’t just tell me the answer—he helps me figure out why the answer works, which has made me a lot better at solving problems on my own. Since I started working with him, my test scores and overall performance in math have improved a lot. I’ve noticed that I make fewer mistakes and that I’m more confident during quizzes and assignments. He always encourages me to check my work and slow down, which has helped me pay more attention to details and stay organized. One thing I really appreciate about him is how he makes math less stressful. Even when I get something wrong, he reminds me that mistakes are part of learning. This has helped me stay positive and keep trying, even when the material gets harder. I also like how he connects new lessons to things I already know. That helps me understand how different topics fit together, instead of feeling like I’m learning random steps. It’s made math feel a lot more logical and even enjoyable. “Taking this course with Shafali Sanwal has been one of the best academic experiences I've ever had. “I took a 6 week course with Shefali. I felt very enaged and got a lot of pratice with hard questions. Although three hours seems like a very long time we took long breaks in between each hour so we could stay refreshed and focused.It was very useful to me as a student as it increase by score by almost 200 points by the end of the course. Prep Experts is very helpful for small tips and hacks to get questions done faster, as well as being able to learn how to effectively get rid of answer choices quickly. I am now able to look at questions and analyze them quicker to solve. I would 100% recommned this course to someone else to take.”

“I took the 6-week SAT course taught by Shefali Sanwal and it was absolutely amazing. When I first started the course, I was getting consistent 1230s on my practice tests, but by the end of the course raised my grade by more than 200 points to a 1420! Mrs. Sanwal would always go over the entirety of our math problems for homework, which allowed me to better understand the mistakes I was making and improve over time, even on some of the harder questions. The math section was always an issue for me on the PSAT, but with this course I was able to raise it by 130 points! Overall, I feel much more confident going into taking the SAT this month than I was before starting.”

“My instructor’s name is Isabella Raicu, taking her class is one of the best decisions I’ve made in my journey for studying for the SAT. I saw my score improve in just a few weeks and more importantly her class made me feel confident going into the test. Isabella made sure every session was engaging, interesting, informative and full of strategies that worked amazingly. She also made sure students felt encouraged and supported along every step. “Taylor is the reason I now look at PSAT questions without immediately questioning my life choices. She somehow makes grammar rules and math formulas feel… almost fun? Her explanations actually make sense (which is more than I can say for half the test), and she’s patient enough to go over things until they click. Thanks to her, I might actually walk into the PSAT feeling confident instead of terrified. 10/10—would let her explain semicolons to me again.”

“My instructor was Shefali Sanwal. I would say she was a wonderful instructor and I see how the course itself would be beneficial to others but it simply wasn’t for me. The logic behind the content in the course and teaching style isn’t bad but I wouldn’t say it is for everyone. I found it hard to keep focus and much of the course to be repetitive without too much actual teaching and more or less just strategies on how to take the test. I expected more tutoring and teaching with related homework but that wasn’t really the case.”

“My instructor was Ms. Shefali Sanwal and she went quite in depth of the material as well as giving ample time for any questions relating to anything she was teaching. Moreover, she took time to answer every question posed to her about the material and helped me understand more. She also related to the class because as a high school student with a heavy workload, it can be challenging to spend 6 hours a week devoted solely to SAT prep. She realized this and kept the class engaged and on the path to success by asking fun questions at the beginning of class and giving several breaks throughout it. “This course was beyond helpful! My instructor was Shefali Sanwal, and because of her help on tougher questions plus the extra homework I’ve been able to improve my practice score alone by 80 points! Going into this course, I struggled with focusing on one task for more than a few minutes. Now, ending the course, I’m able to study areas that I struggle with and go over practice problems for upwards of three hours at a time. My math score has improved significantly, and the skills I’ve been taught have helped me not only in my SAT prep but in my school subjects as well!
