“Mr. Moy was honestly one of the best SAT instructors I could’ve asked for. When I first started the course, I was struggling with certain question types and didn’t really have a clear strategy for approaching the SAT. After taking the course and applying the techniques Ethan taught us, my score improved by around 250 points, which completely changed my confidence going into the test. What made this course stand out was how specific and practical the strategies were. Instead of just teaching concepts, Mr. Moy focused on patterns, timing, and how to avoid the traps the SAT constantly uses. One of the most helpful things I learned was the “kiss of death” phrases strategy, which made it so much easier to identify wrong answer choices quickly and avoid falling for misleading answers. That alone helped me improve a lot in Reading and Writing. The classes were engaging, organized, and actually productive every session. Mr. Moy explained difficult concepts in a way that was easy to understand, and he always made sure students knew why an answer was correct instead of just memorizing rules. The homework, practice problems, and test-taking methods all worked together really well. Overall, this course was definitely worth it, and I would highly recommend Mr. Moy to anyone serious about improving their SAT score.”

“Wow!! My instructor Ethan Moy has been exceptional in boosting my score and confidence for the SAT exam. After 6 hard working weeks of practice and classes, I have felt a huge boost of my understanding to achieve the upmost score I could. His ways of making the class fun but also efficient in 3 hours was so important. It made me want to come to class and learn more every week! I can not explain how fast each class went by because it was nothing short of fulfilling leaning! I first took the SAT with no practice and preparation getting a very low score that I could never submit to college, but over the course of just 6 weeks my improvement on the practices tests has been 250+ points. “Throughout my 12 class class, my instructor, Ethan Moy, was incredibly helpful. I improved by 100 points in just this short time thanks to the SAT strategies provided by my instructor. Prep Expert is definitely a great way to see improvement on your SAT. I have taken this course twice: once before I took my first SAT and one right before my second. It definitely required time and effort on my part, and I made sure to focus more on the second time I took the course. I would one hundred percent recommend taking this course. “Prep Expert was an amazing experience and helped me improve my ACT score by 5 points overall. One of the biggest improvements I saw was in English, which was originally my weakest section. I went from a 22 to a 33 by the end of the course. My instructor, Isabella Raicu, was extremely helpful and explained strategies in a way that was easy to understand and applicable on practice tests. What I liked most about the course was how effective the strategies were for improving my speed and timing, which had always been one of my biggest struggles on the ACT. The course never felt overwhelming, and was organized in a way that made it manageable while still pushing me to improve. I feel much more confident taking the ACT now, and I would definitely recommend Prep Expert to anyone looking to raise their score.”

“I had Isabella Raicu and she helped me so much in preparing for the ACT. She went over all of the practice questions that we didn't understand for us and would incourage us to ask questions if we didn't fully understand. I've seen a growth of 4-5 points on my composite score and I feel confident about taking the ACT again in the upcoming weeks. The best part about the course was all of the material and questions available to me while studying for the ACT. I can also go back to previous tests and retake them.”

“Isabella was my instructor. I have definetly seen some score improvements on certain sections when I do them individually (especially Reading) but for my overall test I feel like I am still lacking some stamina in terms of attention and reading speed, but I think the practice tests do a got job of helping with that.”

“I have not taken the SAT yet, so I can not speak for score improvements besides practice tests. My teacher was Dr. Ilia Kolmagorov, and he thoroughly outlined all of the different strategies throughout the duration of the course. I enjoyed how it simplified rather complex topics: for example, I was extremely confused about dangling modifiers and could not figure them out despite trying to look online, and Dr. Kolmagorov explained it in a minute, clearing up any confusion I had about it. The course provides a lot of resources with various problems, and although I have been very busy and unable to do external independent practice, I still feel very well prepared to take the June SAT. As for improvements, I feel like classes could definitely be shortened by 1 hour, which would increase attention, as the first 30 mins was often used for refocusing exercises, which could be done independently, and we had 2 10-minute long breaks. Overall, though, I view highly of this course, and if I need to retake the SAT in August, I will most likely use my Unlimited Prep Expert membership to reenroll in a similar course or continue preparing.”

“Words will never be enough when talking about the excellent service provided by Prep Expert and Mr. Kolmagorov. Concepts that were hard for me before were made understandable, applicable, and fun to study thanks to their teaching methods. Each lecture included many useful techniques which I used constantly to improve my skills. However, what stands out the most about Prep Expert and Mr. Kolmagorov is their dedication to teaching. Everything Mr. Kolmagorov said during lessons was very clear and detailed, which is something that really improved the way I studied. Thanks to the structure, motivation, and help from Prep Expert, I was able to achieve great results. I enjoyed their classes immensely and would do it again.
