Customer service is bad and not clear on what to do. Lack of support. When their website went down, they have no proper protocols or policy in place to handle it. This was 10 mins before class started. So I reached out to support which is via sms text. They gave the generic reply and after an hour we were able to connect. They said a makeup would be in place. And an email will be sent out on what to do next. But no email. So my kid is just sitting there with no next step. They assume we know to watch the recording. Glenda their director of enrollment said they will reach out by the next day of outage. But none was made. Not professional at all in addressing the issue and aftermath. All I expected is Communication!! At this point it is no different then watching a YouTube video about SAT and taking the practice from a book. Their exam is not digital like the real test, that will adjust the difficulty level as you answer right or wrong. Will not recommend this product.
