Kevin Parrish is truly one of the best tutors I’ve ever had. With his help, my SAT score improved by over 300 points! Kevin isn’t just smart (he has a PhD!!), but he’s also a fantastic teacher who can break down even the toughest problems and make them easy to understand. His unique and hilarious voice, which honestly reminds me of Waymond from Everything Everywhere All at Once, made every class both engaging and entertaining. He’s also totally okay with my classmates cracking jokes mid class, and he just laughs along, which makes the learning environment even more enjoyable. One thing I truly respected about Kevin is his ability to keep the class so exciting yet informative. Every second felt both fun and knowledgable, which from a student’s perspective is really refreshing. He made even the 3 hour classes feel surprisingly short. Each week, I genuinely looked forward to going back to the class! Prep Expert’s lessons and materials were super thorough, but Kevin made sure no one was left behind. My favorite lesson was grammar and I didn’t realize how much I needed it until Kevin taught us about it. I even used some of the tips he taught me in class to write this review! He also made sure to answer each and every question we had, even staying overtime to help us with our difficulties. If you get Kevin as your tutor, consider yourself EXTREMELY lucky; he’s the kind of teacher who makes a real difference and makes learning memorable for everyone. If you’re serious about raising your score and want a tutor who truly cares, Kevin is the best choice.
