I can't say enough good things about my prep expert. From the very beginning, it was clear that he wasn't just there to teach, he was there to make sure we understood, down to the very last detail. What really impressed me was how he constantly made modifications to improve the learning experience. If something wasn’t working for the group, he changed it. If a concept needed more explanation, he didn’t just repeat it, he broke it down differently, gave new examples, or walked us through it step by step until it clicked. You could tell he was always thinking about how to reach every type of learner. He also made sure no one was left behind. He would pause after tricky questions and take the time to explain why the right answer was right, not just give it and move on. He encouraged questions, welcomed them actually, and never made anyone feel like they were asking too much. That kind of patience and clarity is rare and it made a huge difference.
