My instructors were Ronak Shah and Arshan Prasla. Both tutors were great, and did help me learn concepts properly and gave the righ advice and tips that have helped propel me forward. As for the service as a whole, there were many times when there were small issues or bugs with the services, which made me contact customer service on multiple occasions to resolve. This defintely didn't help the experience, and I wish it was a bit smoother. Aside from that, I love how there are lots of SAT practices tests, and those have really helped me build skill, and have also been useful in terms of feedback.
