Ben Smith was a great teacher, he's really good at cross fit. Overall he was interesting, funny, and taught the strategies very well. The strategies taught are very helpful and useful to me. During the course i have noticed an increase in my confidence and skills. While that part was good it wasnt perfect as there are too many essays to write in my opinion and the review part of the lesson can drag sometimes
