Quick shipment, comprehensive website, nice packaging. The meals are in general quite tasty an have good macros, the only thing is sometimes a very high salt content (at times around 5 grams per one meal which is like 100% of the RDA). I like that the meals are frozen and can be consumed on a flexible schedule.
