Meals are on average of very high quality and taste is phenomenal for something that convenient. I have fully substituted my lunch in the office with prepmymeal, since it allows me to know my macros and makes it easier to stay in the caloric deficit. It took me a few orders of different dishes to figure out what suits my taste, out of their sortiment, at the same time some were really not that great. Meal sizes are OK, rather small than grand (nothing to do with me being a big guy), maybe something to pay attention to. Would highly recommend, if you are looking for something convenient with good macro profile.
