I’ve been happy with the service overall, but DPD is a terrible delivery option. I have left instructions for my food to be left in the garage since I started my subscription. They have left it on the front doorstep the majority of the time and the last delivery they didn’t leave anything and I had to contact them to have it brought the next day. By then the food was all defrosted. I’m spending a lot of money on the food, and the quality of the food is great, but your reputation takes a hit because your delivery option of DPD is substandard.
