After more than a two week wait for my package it arrived already opened, incomplete and therefore useless. Upon ringing Marcus at Preppers there was no apology and they had no more in stock - further contact to receive my refund was instigated by myself. I was informed that the return postage would be paid for along with the price of the product. I have since been informed that my return postage has not been credited to my account as agreed but instead been turned into loyalty points. I will not be using this company again, they are not to be trusted. I subsequently used a different company that was cheaper and the product arrived the next day, a breath of fresh air after an unprofessional stink.
