“Good prices but i had to send two emails chasing where the product actually was. Without me chasing no one was going to tell me there was a problem. Interesting after second email, items were posted 30 minutes later. Not in a rush to use again if totally honest.”

“Easy and quick to make purchases on the website, was happy with the prices and service. Took a while to receive but was informed that one thing was outstanding which is fair enough. My only gripe was I found that out when I contacted them, otherwise very happy and I will order again.”

“While they have some great items, and often great prices, they give the impression of having way more stock than they actually do. On several occasions I have had to wait weeks for something I've ordered. My latest orders are no exception. Stop selling stuff you don't have in stock. I ordered a multi-tool, that was supposed to take up to two weeks to arrive, it took a month. I ordered five pairs of trousers, that was also just over a month ago. The impression was these items were in stock. I got two pairs after two weeks. I received another two pairs after literally another two weeks. I STILL haven't received the final pair of trousers. I am done with these people at this point. And I cannot recommend them on the basis of their service, it's abysmal. You don't even get an explaination, they just behave like drop shippers.”

“I'm very disappointed as many of the dates run out on the 4/27 with only a few a year later.The majority being Bean&Pasta salad. Only fourteen meal packs, seven small packs of biscuits, six packs of pesnuts, and four drink powders. For the seven day ration this is not the amount that it in the picture on your page. For what I paid I don't think that it is value for money, plus I waited over five weeks before I received my delivery.”

“Check out reviews before buying from this shop. We had a few emails stating order was on its way but it was just a stalling tactic, it was never sent out. No phone number to call and emails just get an automated reply that is of no help whatsoever. We eventually after almost two months, got our money back by raising a claim from PayPal. Avoid at all costs is my advice.”
