“I had not received my order nearly 2 months later. First order was good and delivered on time. But the 2nd order is still outstanding as of the date of this review (as mentioned nearly full 2 months) despite their support team provided updates indicate order would be available, the a shipment out notifications since I reach out.”

“Item arrived and was as described and well packaged, but longer than the advertised window and they didn’t proactively communicate, only a chatbot response about high demand and longer lead times. I was on the verge of cancelling when it arrived.”

“Ordered something which wasn't dispatched for a number of weeks. I asked to cancel the order due to the delay, but then 2 weeks later they dispatched it, ignoring my emails. When I contacted them, they said "we haven't had an email from you mate" which was both unprofessional and inaccurate. Since sending them proof of said email, they have continued to ignore my subsequent emails, knowing they are now at fault. I'm still trying to get a refund. Dreadful service.”

“Ordered my product on the 5th August it's now the 21st September and still don't have it, peppers are not very good at customer service as when I e mail I get very blunt e mails back after a little while stating my order is imminent yet a week later still nothing, no apology no product and no explanation apart from a generic e mail asking how my experience was.”

“I ordered at fhe first of August, i am still waiting, I don't even want it no more but when I told them that and that I wanted a refund I was just told that it was a border control issue, as of today I still have no update on where my order is”

“first they advertised items as being in stock ,,they were not ,,it showed 2 week delivery its been 2 months ,,i started a charge back as item did not arrive ,its been over a month since then ,,still no cash returned and still no item deliverd . I would love the item i ordered and i would stop the charge back ,,but the reply to emails are automated responces ....there is no propper comunication ,,hence the charge back.. having said that if they send the item i paid for ,,then i will ammend this review ,slightly ,,overall they are a waste of time im sorry to say.”

“The service was excellent. The delivery was quick. The product was bigger than anticipated but that was my fault. There was an item out of date, I have not been through tbe rest. Mainly bags in bags for my item, ex army surplus as described. I am just a bit disappointed.”

“The Preppers Shop UK customer service was excellent & my order for several small, “aLoksak” resealable bags arrived without any issues. I find these small bags ideal for storing a pocket first aid cuts kit & i have used similar bags for a number of years now. Based on this experience, i am happy to recommend this shop & this product.”
