No order received, no replies to emails. Order placed 9 June 2020 Have emailed a few times now and finally got reply after I put a bad review on here. They said they emailed earlier in the week saying, not enough postage paid? Not true, below is the email I received... They were super fast at taking the payment. I have now told them I require full refund. No reply received. Do not buy from this company. They are a Mickey Mouse firm. They never reply to emails. If something goes wrong with your order they ignore you. Buyer beware

The worst company i have ever dealt with on the internet. I am still waiting for my order which is of a significant size. They dont answer emails, have no answer machine and unable to leave a message and the phone remains unanswered. so unable to contact by email or phone. i have received one initial order which was packed terribly with broken items and looked as if items had been just thrown in a box. i have tried to get them to respond in some way or other and quite understand its busy at the moment but having taken my money of £395 they seem to have disappeared. Dont trade with them!

I have received an email from preppers shop asking for a review so here it is. I ordered from this company towards the end of February they replied asking for proof of ID on Feb 27th when I then provided on March 2nd. The next day on March 3rd they replied stating that "order has been marked as dispatched" very prompt I thought. However nothing has turned up so I am wondering if "marked as dispatched" actually means its left their premises. I have chased my order via email twice on March 9th 15:37 and March 10th 16:43 and have not had a response. They do not answer their phone either. I strongly advise that if you must buy through this company to pay by paypal rather than just by credit/debit card, that way you will be able to easily claim the money back if they dont bother sending out your order and ignore your emails.

They took my money, order never sent !! Will be reporting them to bank and authorities !! I placed my order 3+ weeks ago, order never arrived !! They took my money and that's it. I'll be getting in touch with my bank and authorities, this is outrageous !! Days after I placed my order and after numerous emails they finally responded saying they're moving and that's the reason for delay - even though I was never properly notified by email or any other way, so they told me to wait a few more days - which I did. 10 days ago or whatever my order was marked as dispatched - in reality it never was and even their tracking number confirms it - only a label was created and never turned over to Fedex. They don't respond to my emails and my order is nowhere to be seen. My bank and autorities will be hearing about this ! I'll either get my order or full amount of money back. I'll file for fraud protection. Shame on you !! You shoudn't be allowed to do business.

Read the replies they give to negative reviews. Not one apology and just argue with everyone in a condescending manner. Seriously, read their responses. What a clown show of a company. Avoid

You could throw a stone from the Preppers Shop (online only) and hit my house, slight exaggeration, I live 1/4 mile away. They charged me £4.95 for 'Next Day Express Delivery' and it took 4 Days for my items to arrive. I emailed them to check where my stuff was and it took them 5 days to reply. Guess where I won't be shopping again. The Only reason you got 1 Star is because I can't select ZERO Stars. Hey Boys - WAKE UP - It's Time to Up your Game a bit!!!!!

Hi Andy, Its a shame you didn't come a chat to us if there was an issue with your delivery especially with you being so local. I can see that you emailed us Friday afternoon and we responded on Monday after 1 working day, it certainly wasnt 5 days by any standards. (We haven't heard back from that email).

A slightly complicated issue that was generally ignored about a damaged product because profit matters only and not customer service. I still have the damaged goods and no response via email or phone. Shame, intially they seemed ok, i wasn't asking for to much.

Hi Stuart, You returned a crossbow to us believing it to be faulty. We received it, tested it and it was completely fine and then returned it (At our own cost) back to you. Im not quite sure how that could be classed as ignoring you?

Dire!!! No communication to e-mail. Phone not answered. Money spent and goods not received. Could it be any worse? Please do no not use Corvid-19 as an excuse, no reason for not answering . Regards. Andy Chell.

So, a number of issues. Damaged/missing goods and wrong delivery: So I ordered a crossbow with an extra red dot sight. The crossbow arrived broken and the red dot sight was not in my parcel. I needed the crossbow the following day after it arrived several days late after dispatch so I fixed it myself. The string holder on the bow had broken off and I used some strong adhesive to hold it in place. You pay for UPS Express delivery (next working day), but my items arrived a week later on UPS standard. I have had no response to any emails that I've sent PREPPERS SHOP UK in relation to my missing item and if I have no response then I'll be contacting ActionFraud / Trading standards, they can not use COVID-19 as an excuse as other parcels that I've ordered from companies experiencing high demand across the UK have delivered parcels via UPS, Royal Mail and Hermes and they have all delivered on time and in good condition. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Hi, Lincoln,today is the 19th march 2020, I'd love to write a review to say how well my delivery went, BUT I CAN'T, because I havn't rec'd it.!! ( YET ) You E Mailed me 11th march 2020 to tell me it had been dispatched.. I understand the situation is very difficult at the moment, but I am sure you will resolve the issue. You have always supplied me with my orders and now you need a little more time to get this resolved. When you do I will happily give you your usual 5 Stars. Bought 2 items a couple months back and never arrived. I tried asking where they were and never got a reply. Didn’t even receive a tracking number, only received “Order dispatched”.

Hi Jack, That sounds odd, everything is sent with a UPS next day delivery so every customer receives an email from UPS with the tracking details, and its off course fully tracked so cant go missing. Do you have your order number so I can have a look?

Well another few weeks have passed by and I still have yet to recieve a refund or the items promised by Lincoln. As requested, I sent an email replying to Preppers Shop UK as asked by Lincoln. Lincoln, keep the £10 and whatever pence as you are clearly in more need of the money than I am. The same goes for the cocking strings and hand grip. I suggest that you put the saving towards a business and customer relations training course or perhaps a cerificate in English Communications course. What a dreadful shopping experience you supply......

Two separate orders, the first had a faulty item but I didn't bother retrurning as only a couple of pounds, the second had a much more expensive faulty item. In attempting to get this replaced I have sent numerous emails, all of which have been ignored. I have called literally hundreds of times with no answer. One call out of 30 is answered, and on the odd occasion I have spoken to someone I have been reassured that everything is OK, and not to worry. This has been ongoing for nearly 2 months. Do not use this company, you have been warned.

The case I bought looked like it had been run over, i know they are used and can be a bit rough but it had a large hole in the front and was totally smashed out of shape.

Item itself is fine. Delivery appalling. Website states ALL items helps in stock. Wrong. I had to wait over 2 weeks for my **next day delivery * item, as they had to wait for it to arrive from Europe.

They sell some things that are difficult to get hold of, and the prices can be good on some items. But there are a lot of negatives. Their delivery charge is high, as the only option is next day courier delivery. They have a countdown on the product pages, saying if you order by a certain time you'll get next day delivery. Don't believe it. The last two orders I placed weren't sent out until the next day, so they arrived a day later than expected. The website looks amateurish. There are countless spelling and grammar mistakes, and the emails they send often contain errors too. As a business owner, I'd be embarrassed to put my name to a site like that. It made me wonder if they were equally as bad in other areas, maybe they employ people to pick orders who can't count - and that turned out to be the case. I ordered 100 of an item and only received 94.

Hi Jeff, Thanks for your in-depth review. I am surprised that you have so many concerns but still ordered from us and we've also never had any contact from you until this review. With regards to delivery, we do only have one option which is an express next day shipping. The price we charge is lower than the actual cost price of shipping. The only way to reduce the real cost of shipping is to increase the price of the products but the customer still gets charged the price one way or another so we prefer be be transparent on the cost of it. With regards to dispatch, you did order approximately 45 minutes after the same day dispatch cut off. For instance your last order was placed on the afternoon of the 6th, dispatched on the 7th and arrived by 8am on the 8th. Im sorry you feel our website is so amateurish, we rather like it, and so do the hundreds of thousands of visitors each month but each to there own I suppose. It must have been good enough to convince you to place an order ;) With regards to miscounting, Iv just checked your latest order and the highest quantity of any item was 50 coffee pouches, there wasn't 100 of any item. Have you miscounted those perhaps?
