“Slow delivery and they couldn't be bothered to answer my emails to them.”

“They took my money, order never sent !! Will be reporting them to bank and authorities !! I placed my order 3+ weeks ago, order never arrived !! They took my money and that's it. I'll be getting in touch with my bank and authorities, this is outrageous !! Days after I placed my order and after numerous emails they finally responded saying they're moving and that's the reason for delay - even though I was never properly notified by email or any other way, so they told me to wait a few more days - which I did. 10 days ago or whatever my order was marked as dispatched - in reality it never was and even their tracking number confirms it - only a label was created and never turned over to Fedex. They don't respond to my emails and my order is nowhere to be seen. My bank and autorities will be hearing about this ! I'll either get my order or full amount of money back. I'll file for fraud protection. Shame on you !! You shoudn't be allowed to do business.”

“Would love to say I've had a great experience with Preppers Shop. However, nearly 2 weeks post-order, it still hasn't arrived. No update on the FedEx site other than 'delayed' and no response from Preppers shop having flagged the issue. Disappointing, have had to order the item I wanted from another website as having given up hope of receiving it.”

“I order several times and my order wouldn't turn up for months then I have chase them. Waiting days for a response only to be told the item is no longer available. Even this is just awful service. I wasn't even offered an alternative for the £250 tent order that had been with them for months which was the final straw. DO NOT USE.”

“No where to put in discount code... no information abiut pre ordered items. No message from customer services about pre ordered items and was told they are sent within 8 weeks with no warning or any information on their website regarding this. They never pick up the phone .... iv spent well over £100 on items and only received 2 out of 14 with no message regarding these other items BUY WITH CARE Still waiting on response”

There is a very clear box at the basket stating 'I have a promo or discount code'. You simply need to enter it in there, its certainly not hidden in anyway. With regards to pre orders, im not sure it we could make it any clearer on the product page. It's in massive red writing saying 'This is a pre order item with dispatched expected in 8 weeks'. When you click to add to cart it also pops up to show its a pre order and then in the basket it also shows for a 3rd time that it is a pre order. Im sorry if you missed all three of those warnings that it was a pre order you was placing. With regards to the phone, we have 2 phones line that are always manned between 8:30-4:30 monday to friday, you can reach us at any point on 01637 850259 or via email.

Hi Ralph, You did order used military trousers which were advertised as such. We also offer these in Supergrade or new condition which sounds like what you are perhaps looking for.

“Initially wrote a review for a different store that was a far better experience than the one I had here. I bought a couple of surprise knife boxes with the expectation that I would recieve one of the 10-20 quid knives listed on the site but what I actually got were several useless knives that weren't on the site and were terrible quality. I gave them away and went elsewhere.”

Hi Jason, We have discontinued our knife range so once a knife had sold out it was immdietely removed from our website. All of the knife boxes were approximately 30% better value than the price you had paid for them. “After more than a two week wait for my package it arrived already opened, incomplete and therefore useless. Upon ringing Marcus at Preppers there was no apology and they had no more in stock - further contact to receive my refund was instigated by myself. I was informed that the return postage would be paid for along with the price of the product. I have since been informed that my return postage has not been credited to my account as agreed but instead been turned into loyalty points. I will not be using this company again, they are not to be trusted. I subsequently used a different company that was cheaper and the product arrived the next day, a breath of fresh air after an unprofessional stink.”

“Ordered a knife it was sent by UPS! it never arrived it was sent back to this lot still no reason or refund given so a paypal dispute.They can t even be bothered to reply to them.Atrocious and as bad as an online purchase could possibly get.No doubt I will get some stupid excuse but it is very simple to post a knife with a reputable courier(UPS has 1 star on trust pilot) to buyer in the UK one would have thought but this is way to complicated for this lot. Buy from DNA if you want proper service.”

“You could throw a stone from the Preppers Shop (online only) and hit my house, slight exaggeration, I live 1/4 mile away. They charged me £4.95 for 'Next Day Express Delivery' and it took 4 Days for my items to arrive. I emailed them to check where my stuff was and it took them 5 days to reply. Guess where I won't be shopping again. The Only reason you got 1 Star is because I can't select ZERO Stars. Hey Boys - WAKE UP - It's Time to Up your Game a bit!!!!!”

Hi Andy, Its a shame you didn't come a chat to us if there was an issue with your delivery especially with you being so local. I can see that you emailed us Friday afternoon and we responded on Monday after 1 working day, it certainly wasnt 5 days by any standards. (We haven't heard back from that email).

“A slightly complicated issue that was generally ignored about a damaged product because profit matters only and not customer service. I still have the damaged goods and no response via email or phone. Shame, intially they seemed ok, i wasn't asking for to much.”

Hi Stuart, You returned a crossbow to us believing it to be faulty. We received it, tested it and it was completely fine and then returned it (At our own cost) back to you. Im not quite sure how that could be classed as ignoring you?
