“I'm very disappointed as many of the dates run out on the 4/27 with only a few a year later.The majority being Bean&Pasta salad. Only fourteen meal packs, seven small packs of biscuits, six packs of pesnuts, and four drink powders. For the seven day ration this is not the amount that it in the picture on your page. For what I paid I don't think that it is value for money, plus I waited over five weeks before I received my delivery.”

“Check out reviews before buying from this shop. We had a few emails stating order was on its way but it was just a stalling tactic, it was never sent out. No phone number to call and emails just get an automated reply that is of no help whatsoever. We eventually after almost two months, got our money back by raising a claim from PayPal. Avoid at all costs is my advice.”

“Ordered something which wasn't dispatched for a number of weeks. I asked to cancel the order due to the delay, but then 2 weeks later they dispatched it, ignoring my emails. When I contacted them, they said "we haven't had an email from you mate" which was both unprofessional and inaccurate. Since sending them proof of said email, they have continued to ignore my subsequent emails, knowing they are now at fault. I'm still trying to get a refund. Dreadful service.”

“Ordered my product on the 5th August it's now the 21st September and still don't have it, peppers are not very good at customer service as when I e mail I get very blunt e mails back after a little while stating my order is imminent yet a week later still nothing, no apology no product and no explanation apart from a generic e mail asking how my experience was.”

“I ordered at fhe first of August, i am still waiting, I don't even want it no more but when I told them that and that I wanted a refund I was just told that it was a border control issue, as of today I still have no update on where my order is”

“first they advertised items as being in stock ,,they were not ,,it showed 2 week delivery its been 2 months ,,i started a charge back as item did not arrive ,its been over a month since then ,,still no cash returned and still no item deliverd . I would love the item i ordered and i would stop the charge back ,,but the reply to emails are automated responces ....there is no propper comunication ,,hence the charge back.. having said that if they send the item i paid for ,,then i will ammend this review ,slightly ,,overall they are a waste of time im sorry to say.”
