No order received, no replies to emails. Order placed 9 June 2020 Have emailed a few times now and finally got reply after I put a bad review on here. They said they emailed earlier in the week saying, not enough postage paid? Not true, below is the email I received... They were super fast at taking the payment. I have now told them I require full refund. No reply received. Do not buy from this company. They are a Mickey Mouse firm. They never reply to emails. If something goes wrong with your order they ignore you. Buyer beware

I asked for a dundee bowie and the wrong knife arrived. How hard could it be to send me the correct purchase ?

Failed to cancel an order when asked and still charged my card, The next order you sent the wrong item. Doesn't respond to emails, probably have to do a charge back on my credit card to get anywhere. I'll do a youtube video about the service and what I received. Rubbish company don't use.

Sorry to hear you are unhappy stuart. I feel I need to feedback the actual situation. You placed your order on the 14th and paid, your card is charged at that point not at a later time. You emailed us on the 17th asking to cancel your order as you hadn't complete the age verification request, (We didn't charge your card after this point as you seem to be implying, as iv said its charged at the point of placing your order of course). 11 minutes later you completed the age verification request so that it could be sent. It was then dispatch the next day on the 18th. Since the age verification email you sent we haven't has any email from you to state there is any issue at all. the postage was quick but packaging was less then adequate with items loose inside of box(one item broken). the customer service is non-existant i have emailed them multiple times about my order and age verification with no reply even after a week my only hope is that they see this and reply i understand there will be a lot more orders and custom due to covid-19 but i belive you should not take on this workload if you cannot handle it, in my opinion the postage and packaging was rushed due to too many orders being made for them to handle and too many customers for them to handle the customer service side of things. i do not belive my order or experience has reflected the professionalism that they advertise and would advice others to only order when there is less demand for them to supply as they cannot handle the workload as they could've before covid-19 hope this helps, also hope Preppers Shop UK can find ways to improve in this unprecedented time.

Sorry to hear of your issue matthew. With regards to packaging we have virtually no complaints of items being damaged in transit or not being wrapped enough but this will of course despite our best efforts happen on occasions so I can only apologise if its arrived damaged. If any products are damaged we will of course be more than happy to replace them for you. Iv had a search of your email address on your account and we've only ever received 1 email from you on the 11th june asking about age verification which was sorted. We haven't had any other emails reach us apart from that. Had we received one we would of sorted any issues straight away. Placed an order over 7 days ago. Still don't know what's happening with it. They contacted me 2 days ago to say problem with dispatch as their courier says I'm not mainland (even although I am mainland!) and whether I would be willing to pay difference in courier charges. No mention of what the cost was or how to make payment! I immediately emailed back asking how much and how to pay. I sent another email yesterday and have still not had a reply to either. I've tried phoning the number but no reply and message saying basically don't phone here! Even during a pandemic this is really poor customer service I'm very disappointed.

Sorry to hear you was experiencing issues with DPD. Iv just checked your tracking and can see all of your orders have been successfully delivered back on the 16th. If you are still having any issues with it please let me know.

HI Alan, We emailed you yesterday reconfirming the DPD tracking number and confirming it is due for delivery on monday as it is supposed to. Can I ask why you ignored our email and decided to post this review instead?

I didn't receive my item and after conversing via email with the team they refused to resend or refund myself the cost, no please, wouldn't reccomend, absolutely an abomination of a company.

You sent us an email saying 'I dont know who packs your parcels but there nothing in it'. We apologised immediately and asked if you could send us through a photo of the packet you received. You refused. We asked if you have any photos of it when it arrived, you said no. We asked if you could take some now. You said you have binned the package and cant do it.... If an item arrives damaged we are always happy to sort the issue but when you flat out refuse for several day to send through any details and the courier has not reported any damage its becomes impossible to do.

Mixed up order, Were rude when they did respond. still owe me money for goods I did not receive. Bought an axe which broke in two as soon as I just tested it. They are not nice people and I would not recommend them, they are unprofessional and unhelpful, look on google to find out what they are really like, they have a lot of bad reviews which they try to remove and they always say that the reviews are not true. They are just money grabbers with know morals.

This is literally laughable. You placed 2 rather large orders which you received. You then emailed us accusing us of sending extra items you did not order. We checked and you did order them, they are on your order confirmation, on your invoice and in the parcel. You decided to flat out refuse to accept you order the 'junk' as you put it. We offered you a refund if you wanted to return it. After receiving a lot of abuse from you you decided to return them and you was issued a full refund.

The quality of the item sent was substandard, no replacement sent awaiting a refund. No email or phone contact, terrible customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! I ordered goods over a month ago and while they stated they dispatched them they gave no shipping info. I have emailed them for info and they have not responded.

I have ordered from eBay and directly from their website and have received nothing this company is a con do not use I am pursuing them through my bank and solicitor as a mater of principle.
