“While they have some great items, and often great prices, they give the impression of having way more stock than they actually do. On several occasions I have had to wait weeks for something I've ordered. My latest orders are no exception. Stop selling stuff you don't have in stock. I ordered a multi-tool, that was supposed to take up to two weeks to arrive, it took a month. I ordered five pairs of trousers, that was also just over a month ago. The impression was these items were in stock. I got two pairs after two weeks. I received another two pairs after literally another two weeks. I STILL haven't received the final pair of trousers. I am done with these people at this point. And I cannot recommend them on the basis of their service, it's abysmal. You don't even get an explaination, they just behave like drop shippers.”

“I had not received my order nearly 2 months later. First order was good and delivered on time. But the 2nd order is still outstanding as of the date of this review (as mentioned nearly full 2 months) despite their support team provided updates indicate order would be available, the a shipment out notifications since I reach out.”

“Order took a very long time to get here. I only received half my order. 2 items are still outstanding in September 26. My order was placed in March 26. Got a tracking number from royal mail stating they were awaiting my order nothing showed.”

“It is regrettable that the Preppers Shop UK is no longer honouring the advertisement fo free, next day delivery on orders over £150, as is currently advertised on YouTube. It is even more regreattable that the Preppers Shop UK staff appear unable to modify the advertisement despite the numerous screen shots that I have provided. My previous ratings of the Preppers Shop UK have always been 5 out of 5. You are letting yourselves down and, incidently, breaking the law. Yours, Colin Sigley”

Hi Colin, As we advised you on the emails. We do not and have never advertised on youtube. Judging by your screenshot this is a 3rd party but is 100% not us. We will always honour any advertisement that we put out but a random text from a random youtube video that is not us is not our advertisement. Its no different than us posting on facebook that tesco is giving away free BBQ, you would not expect tesco to honour it because iv posted it on facebook.....

“The case I bought looked like it had been run over, i know they are used and can be a bit rough but it had a large hole in the front and was totally smashed out of shape.”

“Item itself is fine. Delivery appalling. Website states ALL items helps in stock. Wrong. I had to wait over 2 weeks for my **next day delivery * item, as they had to wait for it to arrive from Europe.”

Hi Cecilia, its odd to find this review, you spoke with customer services several times on the phone wanting to change the colour of the lantern you purchased. You finally changed it to a colour that was out of stock and we made it abundantly clear it would be several weeks for it to come back into stock which you was perfectly happy with. “Robert Docherty, Mon, 7 Nov, 15:22 (4 days ago) to hello hi Folks I have just received my 60L Dutch Bergen when putting the two rocket pouches together and trying out all the zips etc. I have found that the most important zip which is on the external hood is faulty. By this I mean it has probably never zipped up because it is not connected to both sides and it cant be because the staples to each side is still intact. Do you have any resolution to address this because I was going to the Cairngorms at the weekend. Thank you. “I ordered 2 DPM large molle utility pouches .The one was fine ,the other had no draw string cover and the velcro tab had been cut off, and the press stud was missing ,I don't class this to be grade 1 surplus .”

“Ok prices but some stuff is way beyond use, accepted things are near BBE dates but bbq seasoning that's like chewits ain't much use n lasting up to 20 years I'd avoid buying the ration foods from now on”
