Well the British 50cal tins have certainly never seen British 50cal, after removing the spray paint they are German .338 ball

The case I bought looked like it had been run over, i know they are used and can be a bit rough but it had a large hole in the front and was totally smashed out of shape.

Dissappointing! Item shown in the advertisement (Decaff Coffee sachets) was not what was sent (Standard Coffee) Please update your advert photo as it is misleading. However I will be ordering other products. Thank you

Item itself is fine. Delivery appalling. Website states ALL items helps in stock. Wrong. I had to wait over 2 weeks for my **next day delivery * item, as they had to wait for it to arrive from Europe.

Had an issue with a discount code couldnt get it to work , i emailed the shop and received no reply , items delivered last week still no reply from them.. poor customer service .

Took two payments for the same item without sending it. When I said refund me the one payment which hadn't got a discount, they didn't.

Hi Cecilia, its odd to find this review, you spoke with customer services several times on the phone wanting to change the colour of the lantern you purchased. You finally changed it to a colour that was out of stock and we made it abundantly clear it would be several weeks for it to come back into stock which you was perfectly happy with. Robert Docherty, Mon, 7 Nov, 15:22 (4 days ago) to hello hi Folks I have just received my 60L Dutch Bergen when putting the two rocket pouches together and trying out all the zips etc. I have found that the most important zip which is on the external hood is faulty. By this I mean it has probably never zipped up because it is not connected to both sides and it cant be because the staples to each side is still intact. Do you have any resolution to address this because I was going to the Cairngorms at the weekend. Thank you. I ordered 2 DPM large molle utility pouches .The one was fine ,the other had no draw string cover and the velcro tab had been cut off, and the press stud was missing ,I don't class this to be grade 1 surplus .

Ok prices but some stuff is way beyond use, accepted things are near BBE dates but bbq seasoning that's like chewits ain't much use n lasting up to 20 years I'd avoid buying the ration foods from now on

Disappointed, purchased the £20 knife mystery box and received a Mora knife (which is fine) and an unpackaged filleting knife which I hadn’t sent on the site. My main issue is not really with the knives themselves but the box was advertised as having content which exceeded the £20 price tag. The two I received unfortunately were priced at around £12 for the Mora and £5 for the filleting knife. Not impressed I’m afraid!

Site ok with quick ordering and good products, but delivery is a disaster waiting now till Monday after already ,3 failed no turn up delivery, even giving time slot for Fridays delivery but never shows up. If don't get ordered kit on Monday (30/11/20) will returning everything and finding better service.

Good products can't say same for the service I'm a newbie with crossbows and bought and expensive crossbow from Preppers and another item. I also sent an email asking their advice about accessories and what they would recommend for taking good care. Received zero reply. The update on dispatch was the bare minimum too. This was also the case with another company, EK Archery, both displayed that old school grudging way of doing business, that customers are somehow an annoyance and cutting into our day vs here's a person who is saying 'I have money and would like to spend more of it with you". It boggles the mind in this day and age. What makes the difference is customer service.

Hi Felix, Im sorry you feel this way. With regards to tracking, once it is dispatch we send an email letting you know the order status has been updated to dispatched. The customer then receives an email from the courier with the tracking details and the day of delivery. We are limited by couriers as to how there notification works and generally customers have no issues with it, if you do have any specific feedback on what could have made that better though we would certainly be happy to take it on board. With regards to not responding to your email with regards to accessories. Please understand that we are a very small independent company with limited staff and capabilities. At times such as over a weekend when your order was received we simply cannot respond to all customers immediately. As yours was a technical question it would have been forwarded through internally to the crossbow expert to pick up and advise you on. I am sorry that this has not been quick enough for you.

Not happy with delivery from DPD At first they said they did not have the parcel Parcel was well over 7 days after it was ordered certainly not express delivery

Hi James, You emailed us on the 1st, we responded back to you to help within 2 hours. You responded to us on the 2nd and within 30 minutes we dispatched a replacement order for you. Im sorry that you had an issue with DPD but it does appear this review should be aimed at them and not ourselves.

I've ordered two knives from here now, one was great, other one came quite blunt, with marks on the blade, and doesn't look as good as it did in the pictures.

They charged me twice for shipping, I emailed twice for refund on one of the shipping charges.. no reply and don’t answer phones! Thumbs down for me on customer service
