“Unfortunately I STILL haven't received the goods despite UPS telling me it was being delivered , they are impossible to contact despite making you log in and apply for updates , they tell you its in transit , but never arrives...will ask for refund if this doesn't arrive this week...might as well use a reliable delivery company...virus is NO Excuse...all our other delivery's are arriving as per usual...suggest swapping your delivery company...they are letting you down”

“Disappointing. The gas mask's condition is poor at best. The visor is so scratched and dirty that even after trying to clean it with a strong cleaner, the results aren't good enough to warrant the mask as usable. The delivery was good however.”

“Awful customer service, they charge for express delivery yet the item took 10 days to arrive.”

“Ordered 3 gas masks. Described as uninsured. 2 arrived sealed and in good condition. The third arrived opened, the rubber badly perished and fastening corroded. Unusable. Would have been 5 stars, had all 3 arrived as described.”
