Robert Docherty, Mon, 7 Nov, 15:22 (4 days ago) to hello hi Folks I have just received my 60L Dutch Bergen when putting the two rocket pouches together and trying out all the zips etc. I have found that the most important zip which is on the external hood is faulty. By this I mean it has probably never zipped up because it is not connected to both sides and it cant be because the staples to each side is still intact. Do you have any resolution to address this because I was going to the Cairngorms at the weekend. Thank you.
