“Shocking, dont deserve one star. Takes money without products even being in stock. Robot answers emails then whe it gets serious a human eventually replies. Cant contact by phone, no live chat. Lies about delivery dates and times. Ordered mid August with a 10 to 14 business day delivery. Advised goods were customs cleared 21/8/26 and products would be delivered week ending 28/8/26. Nothing arrived, no notification about delivery delay, products still not arrived as at 08/09/26.”

“Shocking service. Item was supposed to have taken 10 days to arrive. Took almost 4 months. They made absolutely no attempt to keep me updated and was fobbed off with lies about lost deliveries. It would have been a much better experience had they at least pretended they cared. I can see from the many other negative reviews that my experience was by no least an exception. Surely they are killing their business. I never leave bad reviews but there’s absolutely no way I’d recommend them”

“Still have not received my item. Royal mail is still showing as waiting on item. Purchased 08/08/2026. Review posted one month later. I was told there was issues with stock but this is really bad. No attempts to deliver have been made.”

“Appeared disorganised from day of placing order. 17 days after ordering - still no delivery. Differing reasons given each time I asked for an update. Fed up waiting so got a refund via PayPal.”

“It is now several months and order bstill not received. However, I have received 3 updates ( fairly bland) but still not received item. The last update means I should have had the marlin marine knife by last week. I sit here with bated breath. The product does look very good and price is perfect. I still sit here with the same shoes on for 3 months cause my chemo infused fingers do not allow their use to undo laces😂”

“I placed my order on 5th August and still haven't it. After emailing multiple times, I finally got a notification to say it had been sent however I've been checking the tracking and the postal service still haven't anything from them. Very disappointed.”

“Order took a very long time to get here. I only received half my order. 2 items are still outstanding in September 26. My order was placed in March 26. Got a tracking number from royal mail stating they were awaiting my order nothing showed.”

“I'm at a loss to understand how Trading Standards allow this business to continue trading. Ordered items on 3 Aug, 8 Sep, still nothing received. There is a term for a business that advertises, for sale, goods which it doesn't have. Don't try to call, the phone doesn't ring, the owners are too busy making naff videos for Facebook. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.”
