“Ordered crossbow bolts on 30th June, they advised 10-15 delay, they arrived today, 9 weeks later. Had to keep emailing them for updates with no effort to reach out on their own accord, poor customer service/follow up”

“The junior bow and some aluminium arrows are exactly as I expected. I am very pleased with them and are easy and comfortable for a young person to use. Just what I wanted. The delivery service however was very extended. You gave me an apology and a reasonable explanation why. I had an Email when the parcel arrived at customs. This all happened around a bank holiday so I expected a little delay. I think the parcel arrived 4 days after. I was pleasantly surprised when working in my front garden to called by name by the delivery man. He checked the address aske my year of birth, then presented me with a well wrapped package. His attitude was very good and I wish all delivery people were anywhere near as good.”

“I'd give zero stars if I could. I was made to wait for over 2 months for a simple archery equipment. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was the worst online shopping experience I had all my life and they would not refund my money until I claimed through the bank. Total scum”

“Never got my order after waiting 5 months. Wouldn’t issue a refund. Claimed that the order got lost in transit. Full of false promises stating that it had been shipped and would be with me in a couple of days. Every time I got in touch with them they said it’s on the way. 5 month and still nothing. Had to go through the bank for a refund as they stopped replying to me. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. MASSIVE SCAM.”

“Still waiting for my item that i purchased 3 months ago now. For the girst month a was told it will be next week over and over then i asked for a refund twice and was ignored. Then a week after my second request for a refund was ignored the item was finally dispatched 2 months after the original purchase. Now a month later still waiting. No items. No refund and no further responce considering i have not sent over 6 emails asking for update on my refund.”

“The worst service i ever heard of which i couldnt believe that its posible in this days, seems more like a skam than a legit business I jave ordered a item which was in stock and it hasnt aribed for 9 weeks. Every time i was chasing the messege was that next week and next week untill they havent reaponded back. After a whileni got another messege where elegidly the currier didnt found the parcel.”

“I placed an order in May. Still waiting in September. Bloody ridiculous. Asking me to complete a survey on the service and delivery is an insult at this point. I was offered £5 of store credit. Unacceptable.”

“Avoid like the plague. Very very slow delivery, been a month for me a no sign at all of my order. Delivery on website says 4-5 working days and obviously not true. Ordered for a mates bday, very disappointed. Awful customer service. Order from somewhere else. Look at the other bad reviews its not just me.”

“latest purchase "German Military Haix Goretex Scout Boots" £30(+ delivery), from an email promo, took a little while longer than expected to be delivered, but great boots, bought them for winter work, have even bought new insoles from Haix (Germany), and they took longer to be delivered”
