Very good value, the pack I spent nearly £30 on ( that includes about £5 post) has 6 meals (no need to add water, just heat, and can be eaten cold). It's worth it just for that, but it also has 4 portions of porridge, and lots of packets of sweets and nuts plus biscuits and some kind of fruit bars. The bars are slightly squashed but wrappers intact, everything else perfect.
