My five star rating is based upon two factors.
1. I ordered a grade two Bergen rucksack. Preppers Shop advertising clearly warned me that if I wanted the item for immediate use I should not buy it, that the item was for spares or repair. This turned out not to be the case :) The item is perfectly useable!, its defects being negligible. I’m not suggesting that all samples will be the same but I am delighted.
2. Purchase was simple. Delivery was prompt. All my dealings with Peppers Shop have been wholly satisfactory,
