A bunch of cowboys. Refused to cance the order and refund, doesn’t reply to emails, calls or messages, shares customer personal information on Facebook, reps have the attitude of a cocky teenager and no customer facing portal.
I had to involve the bank in order for my order - which PSUK refused to cancel, continue or decline - to be refunded.
Don’t give your money to this retailer. If you have to, insist on using a protected method such as PayPal to ensure you are protected.
