These guys are family owned . At the minute they are running a small single number crew to fulfill thousands of orders . I read the info on the site about the wait due to low staff at this covid 19 time I sent my indentification I waited the 7 day process time and duely received shipping info knife arrived today perfect thank you keep up the good work .
