Ordered mothers day flowers through what must be a partner company, Haute Florist. Falsely advertised that they were a locally based florist, resulting in a delivery date that could not be adhered to. The bouquet arrived and looked nothing like the image on the website, even accounting for buds yet to bloom, the bouquet was dismal. Customer service was dismissive and did not offer any adequate solutions.
