Bought an expensive bottle as a Christmas present for partners family. Wrapped the box, they opened it on Christmas day to find a leaking bottle, highly embarrassing as you can imagine. Customer service was dreadful, a normal company would of at least offered a new bottle straight away... no I had to get my partners family to send a leaking bottle back, not sure what they will do with a leaking bottle (had to ask for a pre-paid stamp as they just expected my partners family to pay for this too) and only then would they send a new bottle out. Not even a gesture voucher or anything to apologise for this highly inconvenient mess up on their side.
DO NOT USE GO ELSEWHERE - I also never write reviews but I have to as this was such a bad experience.
