Leaky bottle upon delivery which was disappointing in itself but then to encounter such awful customer service from the owner was shocking. No offer of return/replacement or refund on the faulty goods. I should have reviewed online before I bought as other people have had similar complaints issues - I would never buy from these people again - such a great disappointment at such rudeness!!
