Do not buy shoes from this place! Poor quality and zero service. Disappointing experience for a luxury product. No refund or exchange policy (even for faulty goods)! My wife had to remind them of consumer laws in NSW to have a faulty product returned. The shoes started falling apart after 1 hour of wear ... and they cost $420!
