They post through Hermes, which means that if the semi-illiterate 'currier' drop the parcel somewhere else (or keep it for themselves), THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to get any refund!!! Unlike, for example, Amazon, there is no control of the delivery process *** at all *** Hermes, will tell you it's been "delivered" and the teenagers here will have no clue at all!!!
