"I live in Canada and my order came in 7 days using standard shipping. After placing my order my tracking number was useless, and i did not have a consistent estimated time of arrival. I read the bad reviews about shipping and got very scared so i emailed and sent a facebook message to customer service. I was expecting the worst but i got replies to both messages within 24 hours and i was provided with 2 useful links that gave me ALL the details about where my order was, when it would arrive and when it was shipped. "Never again! One star is too many. I ordered an item and paid for express shipping, it got delivered to the wrong state and instead of apologising and giving me a refund as asked (since I didn't receive my item in time for my event) they insisted that it was a error on my behalf for entering in my address wrong. But then I mysteriously receive the package late somehow to the correct address. which apparently I didn't give them!

I ordered a dress on 02/04/18, and it has still not arrived (03/11/18). Not only that, but it is on it's way to my billing address instead of my shipping address in another state. I ordered early, because I have an event coming up on 03/24/18. They are very slow to respond and have not addressed all of my concerns. With this timing, I would have appreciated if they offered to re-send the dress to the right address instead of contacting the courier who still has not responded. I didn't want to spend extra money and time finding a back up if this falls through. It should not have taken this long."

"From the start it processed 3 payments from the one order as there was an error on your website so it could not process the one order. On my third attempt at ordering, my order went thru and so did the other 2 'errored' onesso 3 payments altogether were taken out plus international fees. Your customer service szid for me to wait for 72 hours to see what went wrong. However this morning...I received 3 parcels of my order. "PLT SEEMS TEMPTING, BUT DON’T DO IT. *PLEASE READ!!*
Where do I begin?! For starters, I had SO many failures trying to place my order. (I’m talking about fifteen attempts on DIFFERENT DEVICES.) For whatever reason, they weren’t accepting my credit card and I should’ve taken that as a sign to NOT buy with PLT, but I was really in love with their products. (Or so I THOUGHT.)
I hate paying for shipping but they left me no choice. I figured I’d love my products when they came in—yeah, NO. They are NOT as pictured as online. Pictures are super photoshopped, making the products look like a color that they’re NOT.
Quality is cheaply made; the seaming on everything is so uneven.
When refunding for my shipping to ship my return, they somehow did it so that my bank charged me $15 as a fee. THAT FEE IS MORE THAN WHAT I ACTUALLY PAID TO SHIP BACK MY ITEMS. And this is NOT my bank’s fault!
So the reason I got charged for that deposit? Because PLT WIRELY refunds and most banks charge for wired refunds when it’s INTERNATIONAL. PLT is based in the UK. And get this—THEY DON’T JUST REFUND IT ALL AT ONCE, BUT SEPARATELY. $15 for each time they tried to do a wired deposit… Absolutely STUPID. Please BEWARE!!!
When I went to clarify that I needed my refunds to be electronically to avoid fees, PLT’s customer service kept telling me things that didn’t even resolve or answer my concerns. I was offended. They were talking to me like if I was stupid because their answers had NOTHING to do with what I was saying. It got to the point where they even dared to IGNORE my messages and chose not to reach back to me. WHO IGNORES THEIR CUSTOMERS?! PRETTYLITTLETHING DOES!
For a first experience with this brand, I am LIVID. All that fake promotions with celebrities on Instagram and glamorous promotions is a bunch of GARBAGE. PLT will NOT be getting any more of my money or time and I hope this review helps you guys choose wisely when deciding whether or not to shop with this brand. I wish someone would have told me how DIFFICULT the company was because I would have never even bothered.

Where do I start with this company, seriously. They lost my package worth over €120, I was unable to track my package for days and kept contacting them via Twitter and they continued to say the package was in transit and not lost - also a different girl replies to every message which is really annoying. Finally 11 days later I contacted the shipment company they said they never received the package from pretty little things so I contacted them and told them this and the day before I'm meant to go on holiday with all my new clothes they tell me the package is lost and this never happens and they have refunded me. That's it, nothing else. No let me resend out your package with next day delivery, just here's your money back. CYA.

"Well. I made 3 orders. Two of them had the wrong tracking information. My first order came after my second order which was weird, even though it said it was delivered, it was the other one. I ordered a dress in a size 6 because that's my H&M size but it was huge. I'm guessing people are more thin over there so I probably should've went a size down although the size 6 in their sweatshirt fitted perfectly. I'll probably only order sweatshirts, hoodies and basic tops from there from now on. Even the lingerie didn't fit. I'm a medium at F21 and their medium was a large on me. Idk. On the website it states to wait up to 21 days for a refund to post to your account, but it's well past those 21 days, and I still have yet to receive my money. "I bought my daughter a dress, she is 5'11" so we have a problem with finding dresses long enough. She found a dress she liked, the model was 5'8" and wearing what looked like a 3" heel at least. Just long enough with v low heels. We live in doha so had to pay extra for grandparents to send it here. It arrived 3 weeks before her prom, disaster, miles too short. Only just long enough for her younger sister who's almost 5'5", and that's with no shoes on. Very disappointed. Absolutely no way was the model 5'8" also In the picture the model also had it dragging on the ground."
