“So idk what's going on with fleas everyone is talking about but I'm seeing so much hate about PLT. I have ordered quite a few times from here and also just ordered like three massive orders. The clothes were all perfect I have not seen a single flea. And delivery is what is to be expected. I have had a good experience with plt every time I have ordered. Will continue.”

“C’est un un chouette site je ne suis pas déçu de mon achat. Mon article était soldé j’ai donc du seulement payer les frais de livraison. Ma robe est arriver avec 2 jours de retard mais ce n’étais pas un soucis. La matière était parfaite je ne suis pas déçu de mon achat!”

“The clothes are just like they’re pictured on the site and relatively good quality stuff although stitching is sometimes a bit off. Delivery was fast as well which was great considering I was in a different country! Returns process was pretty easy to follow but I wasn’t overly happy about shipping fee. They refunded me as soon as the package was on it’s way back to them so that was great. Would buy from them again!”

“I love there clothing the red flare pants so smooth and well made heavy like materials! I ordered the slinky dress it’s kinda thin but not cheap thin it’s very breathable and comfy elegant with sexy! Now I ordered the off the shoulder fob it literally looks Like something that was handmade it was thin and I couldn’t tell what it was until I looks at my order! The shoes are beautiful! And the blouse I purchased was well made and soft! But fed ex sucks my package did take a minute because they had to clear my package before shipping it to America so the plastic came ripped open but thankfully all my stuff was neat and untouched!”

“Ordered some flared jeans size 4. They came on time but were so long and big on the waist. Managed to turn them up a lot. Really interested in two jumpsuits but unsure whether to get petite size 2 or 4 ( as only 5”2) and couldn’t find any leg lengths on the sizing guide. They look long on the petite models and don’t want a repeat of last time. Would be hard for me to return items during this time so important they fit!”

Hey Hannah, Sorry to hear the fitting wasn't on point. Sizing can vary from item to item depending on the style and fitting of the item, however, on the item page we usually have the measurements for a standard size under the 'Details and Care' tab. Thanks Usman

“Used PLT for ages now and it’s an amazing website however during this time sadly most items especially in my sizes are out of stock I did manage to order some items I wanted but its a 2 week wait for it to get here but that is due to the pandemic. but this won’t stop me shopping there in the future”

“I absolutely loveee pretty little thing and their clothing . Their prices are great and I order from them all the time ! Like seriously I might be addicted. Usually all my packages come on time but I was suppose to receive a recent order 10 days ago and yet it’s been in transit for 11. Not sure who to contact about that . But if that hadn’t have happened I definitely would give them five stars .”

“I have ordered many times with PLT for my daughter who loves their clothing. They're great prices and always look good quality. Never had any problems with delivery and often get free next day delivery offer code, which has never let me down. Only reason I've not given 5 stars is because I never receive an email confirmation that my returns have been received, I have to wait to see the refund on my credit card statement.”

“Whenever I shop with PLT it's pretty good quality and within the delivery time. The only hassle is usually with my delivery service USPS they can't seem to ever get my item to me on time.”

“I love the clothes, 10/5 on that. Good quality, fabric and styles. Clothes always come on time and in good condition. The first delivery company actually delivered your clothes early, once in a week for regular delivery! Customer service gets a zero though and their tracking for your delivery doesnt work since they changed delivery companies recently. Im sad to say they prioritize their US customers and every one else is just no one. Im Canadian and instead of charging more for delivery, which is the reason they give, the clothing is not discounted as much as the US. It costs me more to order under the Canadian flag than to order under the US and pay the exchange. When I complained their only response to my many issues was that it costs more to ship to canada, sorry. They didnt even address half the issues. The clothes couldnt be better unless they made more so they didnt sell out so fast. If you love beautiful clothes, this is the place. If you care about customer service and youre not US, dont bother.”
