“Some items aren't as described. I expected them to be a bit better quality. The fit wasn't as great either. I bought a gray coat but the sleeves fit a little short.”

“I going to be honest. Clothes are good affordable prices but the only problem I having is the delivery. I paid for a year next day delivery and it neva comes the next day also the delivery is so late at nite. I think they need to use a different company as hemmes is so rubbish, they give u a time then change it to a later time then when you look again they say check your email in the morning as they not going to make it. Apart from their delivery everything else is fine even returning is good”

Hey, Glad to hear you loved your haul and our ranges. I'll take this up with the courier company and see what we can do to get these delivered earlier, however, deliveries can occur between 8am and 9pm for our standard and next day delivery method. We use different couriers for our Evening and Nominated day delivery services, however, these aren't included in the royalty delivery. Thanks Usman

“I paid for US Express delivery, and the package has been stuck with the courier for two days. My first experience chatting with an agent, they told me to wait another two weeks for the tracking to appear and did not address my question about refunding the US Express delivery fee. Luckily, I lost connection and had to be connected to a new agent (Catherine), who without me asking, refunded the delivery fee to me since my package had not arrived within the expected delivery date, and said that since my package is in the area, I should receive it within 24 to 48 hours. Great and easy service - thanks, Catherine!”

“J’aime beaucoup le fait que cette marque fabrique des vêtements toujours fidèles aux tailles indiquées sur le site. De plus, autre point positif : les pantalons sont LONGS et arrivent toujours au moins jusqu’aux chevilles (ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas avec d’autres marques). MERCI PLT !!!”

“LOVE pretty little thing! Their clothes fit perfect and their active wear is just 🔥🔥 only downside to PLT is their courier I’ve had constant issues with Hermes either not delivering my parcel or throwing it over my back gate 👎🏼 PLT have been fab with customer service 90% of the time... 4* stars could definitely improve with the courier service”

“Thank you so much to Cat and Alice’ s expedient customers service. I purchased and item and upon arrival the item reeked of cigarette smoke, as if someone was smoking in my item. To say the least I was very much bothered and irritated seeing that I had paid extra for express shipping because I needed it for an up coming event. I reached out to PLT Customer service and immediately without hesitation I was shipped another item On the house with no further Hustle or bustle. I understand things happen and we cannot control everything, But it’s how Your company Handled and resolved my issue so professionally and expediently! So for that Cat and Alice...
