I ordered a a wide leg trousers from pretty little thing it was £30 and they sent me a ‘cheap black top’ from primark! With no paper inside to return it or anything! This is the worst clothing company I have ever seen!!

Always bough from you but my daughter ordered some stuff before she was in lockdown at her partners ..shes returned home opened her parcels and tried them on and a few hrs later she is covered in bites ..I have pictures as proof ..

Received my parcel today with no problem and now I’m seeing everywhere on TikTok and other social media’s that there are fleas!!! I already have an order expected for Friday 12th and I’m sooo scared please address this situation 😭😭😭

i normally have a good experience with plt however my last order arrived and one of the items was different to what i ordered- i spoke to customer service at first was very frustrating as they said they would send the new ones out if i sent them back however as it was a waste of my time and their fault i think i should of had that item refunded ? but also some of the quality is hit and miss and i find that it’s quite thin also my joggers have lost their softness and texture but i’ve had missguided ones washed in the same stuff and we’ve checked how to wash them and there fine. also this whole flea thing is very off putting and needs to be addressed.

Recently I have ordered a floral long sleeve dress, the quality of the fabric was excellent. 1- it was a bet defcalt to put it on. 2- the top part is very loose & wide open, can't even cover your bust, you must wear a vest under or use pin to hold it together, not to show your bra.

Meh, embroidery on a sweatshirt I received was very crooked. And the tall pants are no where near long enough , I’m only 5’9. The shirt was a bit scratchy. I am really disappointed about the sweatshirt. Said it was oversized but it fits like a normal medium.

Used to love PLT but the next day delivery has been a day late on the last few orders I’ve made, v annoying when I needed it for today and payed for premier delivery at the start of the year

Ordered some clothes a few weeks ago and they still aren't in past the delivery estimation. The tracking hasn't been updated since when I ordered it so I have no idea where they actually are. I spoke to customer service and they did give me a partial refund for the delivery so I am appreciative of that. I'm hoping I can get my clothes before the end of the week but I guess we will see...

I have ordered twice from them but still haven't received my orders. They had been tracked to my home using Australia post. I got emails from them stating the packages had been left in safe place near my home. But both times I searched around my premises, the parcels were nowhere to be seen. Taken into consideration covid and the like. I have ordered things from China that's arrived much quicker. I have my doubts about this company. Among many internet scams these days they fly under the guise of a reputable company name. They sell much wanted items for discount prices etc. But despite my bad luck, I will say I'm happy with Customer service. PLT customer service have been very prompt with their email process. They have answered all my emails diligently. I'm still waiting for this to be resolved. Hopefully I actually do receive my tracksuits which I really need. (Stage 4 covid restrictions in my state.) No negative towards Pretty Little Thing. I see it's a UK company. I've dealt with BooHoo & it's the same thing. They are just trying to run a business. Consumers don't really don't appreciate just what goes into running a business. I just thought I'd share my experience & thoughts.

I love love PLT but this time round they cancelled my order last minute and when I re ordered a new top for NDD it came outside it’s delievery slot so I couldn’t wear it. I was sad because I lovePLT and buy it all the time

the dress that I ordered was supposed to be bright royal blue but when I got it today it was navy blue almost im so devastated because my birthday is in a couple of weeks and this dress was suppose to be it but its not the right color! Other than m that it fits good

I love pretty little thing but the past 2 times I’ve ordered from them the stuff that came was very different from the website so i don’t know if I trust it anymore

First time ordering and I'm not sure if I will again. Delivery fairly fast to Australia, but thats where the positives end. Ordered dresses and pants for my daughter AUS & UK size 8. I'm sorry but most look like they would just fit my 6yr old granddaughter. 3 dresses and up to 3inches difference in each when compared. 2 pr of pants, waists 3 inches different. I sew and there is no way these clothes are standard sizes. Maybe standard Chinese sizes! Also, fabric very cheap.

Sizing not always great, I bought an oversized sweatshirt and t-shirt in exactly the same size the sweatshirt was oversized however the t-shirt was no we here near being oversized-slightly frustrating x

Really disappointed in the quality of the clothing. I brought some jogger and the back I lower then the front (super odd) the photo shows thick looking joggers a and what I received was flimsy. Almost like cheap pj bottom

It’s good to know the truth about your partner’s sincerity. When I had a suspicion on my cheating ex, I spoke to premiumspyglobal@ Gmail com through email who helped me remotely access his phone to see the Call logs and Text messages, Imessage, GPS Tracking iOS and Andriod. First let me start by saying that it took an entire month for me to receive my order. The FedEx tracking link never updated or showed any progress or movement with my items. Neither did my PLT thing app. When I would check my order in the app it kept saying the same thing (that my order was dispatched and would arrive May 4th). It’s now May 20th and I just received my order this morning. I placed my order on April 21st. I am giving them three stars because most of my items fit well. But I will not be ordering from them again. Their website does not show customer reviews or photos and I don’t like that seeing as though I normally gauge what size and what items to order based on customer reviews. Also, I am missing an item.

I usually get quite a lot from pretty little thing But recently I feel it’s very overpriced for the quality I’m receiving. My most recent order came and the tops are see through low quality and look NOTHING like the picture. Very disappointed and I won’t be ordering from here again :/

I’ve always had a good experience with pretty little thing but some items selling for quite a lot have been VERY see through! I always worry when I buy from there now that is going to be see through. I once bought some shorts and you could see literally EVERYTHING! However most items are amazing and would recommend in that sense. Things like hoodies, T-shirts, joggers are great for quality. Other things like cycling shorts and bodysuits are extremely see through. X
