This was my first time ordering from PrettyLittleThing.com The online experience was over all pretty easy (except for my own indecisiveness on which colour dress I wanted as the dress I ordered came in 2 colours). For the most part, the dress does look the same as is in the pictures on the site and it helped knowing the models height to compare to my own for sizing. The sizing fit as the sizing chart said so there was no issues there. The quality of the specific dress I ordered is not the best - I did not expect it to be of top quality for the price I paid however for a black dress I was surprised it is see through. The style is very cute so I got a black liner for it and problem solved. I just hope maybe going forward they add liners to some of the thinner material items - would happily pay extra for it :) It arrived within about a week (I live in Canada) which was way earlier then the original delivery quote - so that was a nice surprise. The package it came in was pretty as well. The moral of the story here is PrettyLittleThings offer cute pieces for cheap prices - you pay for what you get so maybe other items are of better quality but if the price for the item seems to good to be true - don't expect the best quality. I would order again from them.

The prices are good for those on a budget but the actual items themselves look and feel cheaply made. I wish the PLT website allowed product reviews so you can see which ones are worth buying.

I generally don't do reviews on products because I don't really have the time being a full time student etc however, I ordered a dress from PLT to see Huda Beauty in London and it didn't come in time. When it did eventually come, the packaging was already ripped; luckily the dress wasn't damaged or dirty. Despite my issues with the delivery of the product, I can't fault the dress or the price I paid for it (think it was £6?).

I am pleased with the delivery but for the quality of the product, there is a lot if scope for improvement. It does not reflect the pictures and I would say especially the dresses. But hoodies and jackets are very nice and better quality.

The dress I ordered was a size 4 and I got an 8. So fit was not satisfactory.

Hey, I'm sorry for the confusion with our sizing. As we're a UK based retailer, all our items are labelled in UK sizes, which would be the equivalent to the US size ordered. A US size 4, would come labelled as a UK size 8. You get what you pay for. The material isn't horrible but fades rather quickly. I placed my order during their Black Friday Sale and received it that Monday. My only complaint was, I was not there that Monday to sign for my package and they didn't over redelivery. Not sure if that's an issue with PLT or the partner companies they use to delivery their packages. Overall satisfied with the amount of clothes I got for the money I spent.

I can see you ordered was sent out with USPS, so they should have left a calling card after the delivery attempt, so you could arrange another delivery or collect from the post office. I bought a white bralette and made sure it was a small, which is my correct size. It ended up being to tight to lift over my shoulders, but it fits the bust. I fixed it and sewed it. I think it should be mentioned when certain clothes run smaller or larger, it would help a lot. Thanks!

Delivery and everything is fine, but for some reason the sizes I order the clothes in is never what is delivered to me. I order a size 14 and my clothes come as size 16 and 18. That needs to be fixed!

I’ve ordered twice from here. Once last year around the fall holidays: I ordered a long sleeve crop. I didn’t expect what I received. People hype this website from Instagram influencers to YouTubers who review their products and etc. But when I got the shirt, the shirt itself was scratchy on the inside and the material wasn’t that great. The way the crop looked wasn’t that bad because it did look similar to the photo but it felt like I had gotten an item for 8 dollars on wish. Also, keep in mind that I had waited for a while to purchase this shirt. It was pricey so I bought it on sale around Christmas. For a shirt that’s supposed to be pricey, you’d think you’d get a long sleeve crop that’s good material. I didn’t bother returning mostly cuz I tried to see if I could stick it out but I ended up donating it lol. On the other hand, this website has good reviews. This year— around two to three weeks ago, I decided to give this place a try again. It had been a while and there were sales so I purchased a Lacey bra —a bralette mostly which was better material. I wish it had fabric on the inside of the cups tho so the lace wouldn’t feel so scratchy but that’s my fault for purchasing a lace bralette, without checking if the cups had fabric. And for forgetting that lace bralette or bras in general are not always made for comfort. It’s not bad tbh. Wish the lace was less scratchy forsure. I think that if you purchase their stuff on the app Dote, your mostly likely to have a better experience and guarantee better quality. I had purchased the long sleeve crop on their website but i had bought the bralette by shopping on Dote. Anyways, I just wanted to write down my experience here.
