The delivery of my items was fast and well packed/ protected. The items were of decent quality however the jeans I ordered made my legs look funny; baggy and tapered in the wrong places. Also I used clearpay, which I think is a great idea and makes purchases more feasible and budget friendly.

Coats run small with short sleeves. Fast shipping but will have to pay a fee for international shipping to your bank. Overall it’s an ok website. Order may a size or two up.

Ordered a dress, fits exactly like the model online. But the shipping is not as it says. Faster shipping would be so much better!

Price was perfect but the quality was hit and miss. Ordered a dress with wonky stitching but the returns fee is as much as the dress so I won't be sending back.

Okay, so I know PLT is good quality and all but the couriers are actually so bad. I ordered a top for an important thing TOMORROW and it still hasn’t came - my friend got hers right away and I ONLY live a few minutes away. My sister looked on the tracking and it said it gotten lost. I’m so angry.

Love the clothes I order all the time ... however a few items have gone missing and trying to get any help from customer services is hopeless ... they never get back to you ... and on 1 occassion i purchased 3 sweatshirts with a discount of 25% that never turned up I reordered them and PLT wouldn't honour the discount code so I had to pay full price.... delivery times are second to none ... customer services however are diabolical

Happy with most things but sizing not great, smaller thn a shop size 12 I keep having to send bk weekly, which for me isn't good I've had an operation so can't get to post office to send two bags bag of clothes

So half of the items I ordered were awful quality and fit & have was lovely, and I know I’m going to get a lot of use out of the lovely items but the other half honestly belong straight in the trash (which is awful because I already only purchase fast fashion items like PLT if I know the item is going to be a staple because of all the fabric and textiles in landfills already) so I would just be weary of what you buy.

I love pretty little thing there is always something you want. I do think most things are skimpy not very much you would actually wear in the winter without freezing.

Great experience as far as customer service, price, returns and refunds. However, delivery sucks for international deliveries. The Royal Mail transfer to USPS is horrible. I wish they wouldn’t use USPS because they do not update their website and the mail couriers are horrible.

Ordered a sweatshirt and it's very nice quality and fit. The only let down is PLT use Hermes as their delivery service in the UK. Hermes are consistently unreliable and as per usual were late delivering my package. Wish PLT would consider using a different courier.

I love PLT and think that they have very dope pieces, but whenever I order from them I always have to return half of my order because the sizing is so bad, and the return process is very complicated.

Material on everything was really nice. The problem I had was the size I usually wear in leggings didn’t fit me. I’m not sure why, they were cheap so I didn’t return them but they are still sitting here with the tags on them because I’d never fit them.

Everything is super cute but most of my items sizing was off. Unfortunately they do not accept exchanges, charge for returns and shipping so I likely won’t reorder the item I really wanted.
