“I received an order with an item missing. I reached out to them to let them know & was told they needed to review “the footage” I assume from the warehouse. Just for them to send me a message stating that they can confirm everything was in the package & it in fact was NOT! It’s impossible to get in contact with an actual person & there’s no telephone number to call. I’ve ordered many times from PLT & this by far has been the WORST experience. I just don’t have the item that was missing & they are refusing to give me a refund. So disappointing.”

“Excellent free returns, great sizing options. Occasionally an item arrives a slightly lighter colour than it appeared on the website but I've sent it back with no issues. Other than ethical and environmental reasons I see no reason not to shop at PLT.”

“Item arrived very quickly, well made, i ordered a denim jumpsuit, fits and looks great, I would just say their clothes run small so just order a size up, would definitely recommend and order again”

“Well I’ve been ordering from them for about 2 years now I think... I don’t really have nothing negative to say. I get my package on time but then again covid smh delays things. I have not ever gotten the wrong size of things. I sometimes have to size up on certain bodysuits. I feel like the material in certain items should be stated a little better. Other than that I love them. Also give discount codes to exclusive customers lol I’m sorry but man I love y’all”

“I purchased a striped, off the shoulder dress. Shipping time was good. The shipping date was accurate! The fit was perfect! I’m tiny (5’2 115lbs not curvy at all) and their size 2 was a great fit! The material of the dress was not cheap at all! Very happy with my purchase!”
