“Order from here regularly for my teenage daughter, as she is in between sizes. I often order the same garment in 2 in two different sizes so she can decide on the best fit for her. The returns policy is easy and a very quick turnaround. Clothes are on trend a very reasonably priced too.”

“I’m reading lots of negative comments below but to be honest, PLT is probably the most efficient and most reliable so far amongst the websites from EU that I’ve ever purchased from.. Yes, I paid a shipping fee but all the (skincare) products I bought were individually (and carefully) wrapped So no leakage! and they arrived on the date they promised it would - I received in 5 days! (From EU to UAE) So I’m really happy with their service 😊😊”

“Ordered [during lock down] from the ‘Shape Jeans’ range as I’ve had a bit of time on my hands to research the illusive perfect jeans! Found them!!!! I had to order an 8 and a 10 as the shape sizing is different to standard sizing. Delivered quickly, return via Hermes was so easy.......and the jeans are perfect for my shape! Got jeans big enough to cover my butt and small enough to not gape around my waist! #winner FYI Size 8 fits me and I have 26 inch waist and 40 inch hips...... in case you are confused about what size to order....... :)”

“Amazing Customer Service. I've ordered parcels during lockdown as I haven't been able to get to the shops and they have all but 1 arrived on time. I was totally surprised at this as I know that couriers have been isolating and stretched and was prepared for a delay to be honest but I've been super impressed. My friend did have a parcel that was lost (as some do get lost but Hardly the companies fault) and they just said to wait until they could definitely make sure it was lost (totally understandable) and then they would resend it which they did!!”

“The first payment said it didn’t go through so I re did it, however on my bank statement the money had come out twice. I contacted them and got a very polite & quick response and a full refund. Was impressed with the customer care .”
