Dont order from them. I never recieved my order. They refused to send me a replacement package or refund my money. Then they told me to “just reorder the items” which were their exact words when I emailed customer service. Don’t let them steal from you like they did me. This company is broke and it shows

always ordered my clothes from there, never had a problem (apart from sizing) and never had a delivery issue unless it was due to the weather

Always bough from you but my daughter ordered some stuff before she was in lockdown at her partners ..shes returned home opened her parcels and tried them on and a few hrs later she is covered in bites ..I have pictures as proof ..

Please can you address the flea situation? I order from here regularly but I’ve seen lots of reviews and videos on TikTok and I’m now too scared to risk placing an order.

I ordered on PLT site 2 weeks ago. They sent an email my items were shipped a week after but of course it was a lie because tracking number never showed any records of shipping! After one week of sending messages they replied indeed my order was lost by curier which is bullshit as it was never shipped! Now i m waiting a refund! This company should be sued as they are a scam! I m going take legal action against them!

I placed two orders, one with EXPRESS post and then another item a few days later with REGULAR POST. I waited 1.5 weeks for my first express order (on their website it states that express shipping takes 1-3 working days) and nothing arrived. I checked the tracking number and there had been no update at all. I proceeded to contact customer care as i needed the outfit for an event, three different ladies told me it was on its way with the courier..or it was still inn transit. I waited 2 MORE WEEKS PAST MY ORDER DATE and i still did not receive my first parcel. After sending emails and going back and fourth with different PLT staff, another lady told me MY PARCEL DID NOT EVEN LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE - I WAS NOT EVEN UPDATED OF THIS ISSUE SO THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE CONSUMER AND SELLER. My second order (which i regret again, but i ordered it straight after the first thinking it would come on time) took 2 WEEKS AGAIN TO ARRIVE. It arrived in ABSOLUTELY POOR CONDITION - the jacket i ordered was not even in its own packaging, it was messy and fully creased. The jeans i ordered were TERRIBLE, the quality felt as if it would tear as soon as i put it on. I REGRET ALL MY ORDERS AND i know this review might or might not change your mind in ordering from PLT but SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT JUST BUY OFF THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SUPER CHEAP AND CELEBRITIES WEAR THEIR CLOTHES. Their website just keeps growing from your support and they just keep getting richer. YOU WILL NOT BE IMPRESSED AT THEIR QUALITY, DELIVERY TIME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I know people say the amount you spend is the quality you get, but really, no matter how much a PLT item is, it will be terrible quality. I NEVER write reviews like this, but i am appalled at this whole transaction. AGAIN SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Waiting to a reply from pretty little thing after receiving a parcel with insects inside the bags!!! Shocked by the customer service I have messaged on Facebook, WhatsApp and email feel as if I am being ignored, I spent £200 on an order which is now needing to be disposed of!! Unprofessional, faulty website, waste of money time and energy! These people can’t help you with the simplest things. I literally ordered, got a tracking number then tried to track it and got an error page. Then they want me to wait 19 business days like I got time. I just saw on Twitter there clothes have bugs. This business should be shut down. I didn’t receive the clothes I’m canceling before they can even ship I do not want to do business with them nor do I want any pest sent to my house. I’ll stick to H&M & forever 21

I’ve just been scrolling through Pretty Little Thing’s Instagram account regarding the flea situation and have noticed the insane amount of comments they receive on their photos! They’re fake! If you scroll through their comments all you see are repeated comments by the same people and with one emoji “💘” they clearly pay for their comments, some photos have more comments than likes which is so bizarre!

I still have not received my dress. I placed the order on 8/16/20. The tracking says it’s been sitting in Jamaica NY since 8/19/20. Was supposed to be delivered by September 1st. I was planning to wear it to a wedding in September. Also your customer service is horrible and no help at all. Extremely disappointed and will never order from here again

Hey Ines, Sorry to hear your order landed with you late. We don't have any control over customs, as this would be down to local customs and entry requirements. We work with our courier partners to get orders delivered as fast as possible, however, on some occasions, parcels can be held for inspections. I can see the order has now been delivered. I hope you love your haul and had a great time at the wedding. If you no longer need it, you can return it back to us for a refund using our returns portal. Thanks Usman

So sorry to hear that you've not received the order Trinity. The courier reported that they handed your order to the concierge at your address on June 1st. since I first opened my account I spent a lot of money of your website but it's been 3 moths that every single time wrong items come. It's unacceptable. people cannot spend their days at the post office cause of your mistakes I have never had this problem with other websites. I'm sick and tired of this. If you don't do something immediately I will close my account and I will encourage everyone to stop ordering from you.

Ordered a jumpsuit and not too sure what’s going on with the sizing, ordered a size 6 petite which is my usual size, not really sure who this would fit properly. On a positive note, I do give it one star for versatility, had the option to wear it with either one boob out or with camel toe, which was a nice option to have

Worst Customer Service/Refund service EVER PLT is normally my go to place for online shopping. However, I sent clothes back about three months ago and still have not received my money back of over $100 dollars. Rewind back, I ordered a bathing suit for my trip, never received it, yet was still charged $38 dollars for it. I have reached out to them multiple times over the past three months. I have been ignored and not helped for majority of the time. Finally got through to someone and they told me $57 dollars has been refunded back to me. Huh? Where is the other money? I sent everything in the same bag. To top it all off, I checked my bank statement and $57 dollars was never refunded. I am past feeling jibbed, this is seriously ridiculous and I will never shop at PLT again. Please don't waste your time because if anything goes wrong, or if you need to return something based off having the wrong size, there are no guarantees that you will get your money back in spite of what is said in their policy.

Seeing how recent some of these reviews are I figured I would also say I ordered from this site November 29th to be exact, received 2 different dates of expected "delivery" , I hoped on wearing the dress this past weekend, ended up buying an emergency outfit due to the inconvenience! Went to local post office she looked puzzled the finally said the package is expected this week. Customer service at this place is awful! Who can we contact to complain and actually get some results???

Well... this company is very hit and miss! I am usually a size 4 on the bottom and 6 on top and go for size 6 dresses. I placed my first order the delivery came promptly but I have never felt so rubbish about myself the clothes were far to small! They are made to fit a 11 year old! I am a size 4/6 in newlook, topshop, primark and other retailers so how does this company get away with the sizes so small and been hit and miss?! The clothes were badly made on quality.... some were OKISH but the rest were the type you’de get from a market stall. I was very disappointed as celebrities are promoting this company and having had anorexia in the past this did not help as I thought I had gained weight. When I had not because as all my clothes in my wardrobe at home still fitted me. They say the models wear size 6/8 on the description but they are not because I am twice the size smaller than them ladies. Very very odd, the Instagram and website photos must be edited as the clothes are not the same colour. I ordered what I thought was a pastel yellow dress when it arrived it was bright bright yellow! The refund also took over 3 months to process which again was very disappointing. Sorry PLT I will be shopping at my usual stores like ASOS and miss guided for now on online. Bad bad bad customer service also! They don’t reply and there isn’t a number you can phone. They just as you to message them on Twitter, Instagram and email. Would not recommend as they even have to pay yourubers to promote the poor clothes. I know it’s cheap stuff but even boohoo is better quality.

I ordered a beautiful outfit to wear to a fashion event, and unfortunately I was unable to wear it. When I opened the outfit out of the packaging, it reeked of bad body odor. As I examined the garment, I noticed that it was completely faded in the crotch and underarm area. This outfit was worn, returned and sent out again, as if the customer wouldn’t know. This is first and the last time I order anything from “Pretty Little NASTY thing”

Just dont waste your time ordering from these people.. the customer service is so bad they dont want to know!!!!even when the problem is 100% on them.. never again.... joke of a company!!!!!!!
