The trousers too big. Size 4 and they were for my daughter but they fitted me and my size is 8.

I ordered a pants that were a size 8 but it couldnt have been an 8 in no way! It was extremely big and one of my lingerie onsies has a purple make up stain on it!

Pretty Little Thing has always been very hit and miss for me, some things fit well and others are awful with cheap material.

I ordered a dress for my birthday from them. My first problem was I could not track my order which I didn't like because I wanted my dress by a certain date so I followed the standard shipping dates. Everytime I put my tracking number in it said it was wrong like my order didnt exist. Well I finally got the dress and it did arrive on time but I didn't even like it. It's very cheaply made. It's a sweater dress but I feel like you can see right threw it. It's ruched so you can pull it in the front to look scrunched up but by time I do that you can look right up the front of my dress. I never ordered from PYT and wanted to like them but I don't. I will be returning.

I heard many good things on youtube and instagram about PLT and I finally had some money to buy a few things. I got blue corduroy pants that looked REALLY cute on the site and I'm pretty sure I put my correct size but when it came they were like 2/3 sizes bigger than what I am and they weren't as cute in person like in the picture. Second, I got plain white mom(?) jeans and I was also really excited for those but they sent me a bigger size. Really frustrating at this point. I got a plain white long sleeve; it's cute but really see through 😩😩. And lastly, i got a cropped black jacket and thats the only item that came in perfectly.

Hi Jocelyn, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with your recent purchase especially as you were really looking forward to receiving your items and that you had problems with the sizing and quality. I completely understand how frustrating this must be and I want to get this looked into straight away. As we're a UK based company all our items are labelled with the UK size. Both pairs of jeans were ordered in a US size 10 when they arrived they will have been labelled with a size 14 as this is the UK equivalent. PLT is hit and miss. Orders I have placed usually arrive quite promptly and the clothes are usually ok for a few wears. This site is really good for going out dresses and festival wear and things that you dont have a lot of traffic in and out the washing machine as the clothes get tatty quickly (due to mediocre quality). Returns take ages to process to your bank if you want your money back dont bother trying to exchange or do anything complicated just send it back and re order (it takes too long to get a response for anything complicated and by the time someone actually replies your opportunity to return has gone). Other than the returns I have found PLT to be exactly what it says on the tin, its marketed towards teens and young girls and I find it good for this as its quite reasonably priced.

The company reaaaallly need to get an exchange service especially when their clothes are a size too small. I have used PLT before and the sizes used to be accurate but the last 2 times I’ve ordered they’ve been too small. Last time I got my money back for the delivery on my next order and the man was very helpful. However this time the person on the chat told me it wasn’t possible to get a refund on the delivery charges even though I want to buy the dress again. It’s really annoying because I have now paid £8 in delivery charges and it’s due to poor sizing, as I am an 8s in every shop I use including other online stores like ASOS and missguided so I’m quite disappointed.

All the clothes are very cute but they are cheaply made my dress I just bought the zipper just came right off it’s not because I couldn’t fit literally it just came off before I could even put the dress on. I guess it makes sense why everything is always on sale

I ordered a few items for my trip to Aruba... the hen they arrived the pants were long, the jumpsuit looked nothing like the model wore on the website... for example, the straps were think, when I received my order it was spaghetti straps and poorly made. Shopping on the site was a breeze! Returning the items were okay... you can not call but there are other ways to communicate via what’s app, a live chat, etc. You also only have 14 days to return and you have to pay for return... so I suggest being very sure before purchasing.

I spent $200 worth of clothing but got $100 off because of the student discount. I was able to track the package up until it got to the US. I then had to email PLT for the new tracking information and was able to find the package at my nearest Post Office. Every item I got was correct and the sizing chart was accurate. I'm 5'2 and petite weighing 112 lbs. My jumper was a bit large but I had expected it and will get some alterations. Overall a great experience and would recommend. The only problem I had was the delivery process as I was unable to track it for a couple days but PLT customer service replied and were very helpful.

I’ve always ordered from PLT and never had any problems. Delivery is always on time. The only thing that is a let down lately is a lot of the clothes are not as described, I ordered a mini bodycon dress, I’m usually a size 10 but ordered a 12 as it’s a mini, my dress came I could just about get it on, there was no movement... very stiff, it was like wearing cardboard. As I said before I never usually have problems I think they just need to be more precise on what material their items of clothing are.

Love how this website handled there shipping despite moving warehouses. They got my product to me 3 days earlier than the estimated delivery date. However, there was a problem with my product. The mustard crepe jumpsuit that I bought was not tailored for size 12 but instead someone who was size 14. It also was much longer which caused for problems since I had bought it just in time for my 21st birthday party. My advice would be to please make sure you label your products as being "TALL"/"PETITE" if you believe they are not suitable for at the average height. Thank you!!

Clothes are nice and great prices but delivery is horrible every single time I track my order the date is being pushed up I once waited a whole 3 weeks for my order the website should not list 5-7 business days as a option because that’s never the case with them I recommend if your ordering for a event or vacation do it in advance because the delivery is poor clothes are cool but the delivery system needs to be fixed immediately.

This website has very cute clothing. My items arrived maybe a day or two later than I expected, which was not a problem. I just wouldn't order again because the fit of the clothing is just off. From unflattering to tight and uncomfortable. I've had one item that fit perfect out of the 5 that was ordered. I'm hesitant to order again. But the quality of the clothes are very good. I'll be returning items for the first time. Hopefully it goes smoothly

The outfit was very cute , and affordable . The outfit was overall 5stars , I am completely happy with my items, however Prettylittlething.com website is very deceiving . When go to their site there is a coupon code FIRE30 for 30% off order , that doesn’t work .You don’t realize it until you have found an item you love , and are about to check out. Also they charge a $5 shipping fee , the shipping time says 3-5 business days , I received mine in 10 business days, which was very unacceptable! The whole reason I purchased the outfit for my birthday, and it didn’t get here in time .

Although the prices are excellent , the shipping is rediculous. I'm always waiting for weeks for my items, despite paying for express delivery. My advice is to not order from this company if the items are needed for a special accasion because they will almost always let you down. They do provide tracking for your order but it isn't always helpful. At the moment my order has been processing for the past 2 weeks. The strange thing is when I order from a rival company of theirs, situated in the same area I always receive these items in a timely manner and don't pay express delivery for my order ? Many people I know have also had the same experience with Pretty Little Thing.

My first experience with them went smooth (it was my first purchase), I got my dress in a week with flat rate and the tracking number told me where it was. Its my second time ordering from them and I chose Express Shipping because I need it for a new years event and its been five days and still haven't got an update from my tracking number its keeps saying "ready to go". I'm scared that they will scam me and I'd never get my clothes.
