I am happy with my order, the tops and jumper was nice but I have paid for next day delivery for a year, so I ordered my clothes on the Saturday then I had them on the Tuesday, that is not next delivery please get back to me and explain why they didn’t come next. I wasn’t expecting it to come on the Sunday but should have been here Monday not Tuesday.

Hey Harriet, Glad to hear you loved your haul. I've taken a look at your order and can see it was placed over the busy Black Friday period. Over this period the royalty delivery is increased to up to 72 hours. We sent out email reminders to our customers before the increased time frame came into effect but I can appreciate it could have got lost in the sea of emails that get sent out over the period. The price and delivery were amazing However the quality of some of the clothes was awful and is an issue that needs to be sorted out.

I buy a lot from pretty little thing but I also return a lot! The quality is either great or terrible there is no in between. The delivery is always on time and returns are in a timely matter.

I’ve purchased a couple of things from this company. On the whole, the price is good, the service is good, however the quality of the product is poor. I payed £15 for a dress which is mostly see-through. £8 for a top...again see-through. For the price of the products, I can’t really expect much, however some of the clothing is unwearable as it’s made so cheaply. I’ve had a dress for 2 weeks and have worn it once and the seam is already loose with threads visible. I’m a bit disappointed with the quality of the companies clothes, yet if you are in a budget then go for it. Postage is fast, service is overall good.

Love the quality of the clothes and the deals are amazing. However, I have been sent the wrong sized items a few times in the past few weeks. I am heading out on a cruise and do not have time to send them back, get a refund, and get something else. I love the site and how fast they ship considering I live in the states.

Hey, Sorry for the confusion with our shoe sizes. As we're a UK based company, our items are labelled in UK sizes but this would be the equivalent to the size ordered on site. For example, a US size 9 would be labelled UK size 7. If the heels still don't fit, please return them back to us using our returns portal and a refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Thanks Usman

good cheap clothes but clothes manufacture isn’t the best. also some things of less quality are more pricy than really good things like it’s confusing

J'adore ce site pour le style et les prix peu chers. Mais parfois je trouve les vêtements très beaux sur le site mais un peu déçue par la qualité quand ils sont livrés ou les vêtements sont trop larges pour moi. Je suis mince aussi mais je commande du S sur le site... Les renvois sont payant aussi.. Aussi, je vous conseille de les laver avant de les porter, car les vêtements sont plein de produits chimiques (parfois les vêtements sentent mauvais et sur l'étiquette il est écrit "ne pas mettre près du feu"; risque inflammable...). Enfin je reste fidèle à PLT tout de même I love this site for style and cheap prices. But sometimes I find the clothes very beautiful on the site but a little disappointed by the quality when they are delivered or the clothes are too wide for me. I'm slim too but I order S on the site ... Referrals are also paid .. Also, I advise you to wash them before wearing them, because the clothes are full of chemicals (sometimes the clothes smell bad and on the label it is written "do not put near the fire" flammable risk ...) . Shipping and delivery was really good, as well as the accuracy of the item and the quality. However, the dress I got was not true to size which was really disappointing because it was really pretty. The live chats aren't very helpful. The return policy could be a lot better and easier.

Cute clothes with decent quality, but the return process is a b*tch. Plus, you can’t exchange anything which is absolutely absurd. I bit the bullet and kept my item that didn’t fit because in the end, it’s going to cost me less to get it tailored than to return the item and buy it again in a smaller size.

So I have the royalty delivery which is well worth it if you need clothes ASAP. I always find the sizing aren’t true at all, I wear an 18 but always end up buying at least a 22? De grading as always. The delivery is okay apart from that fact that Hermes are awful and have lost at least 2 parcels I’ve ordered for next day. I feel like the clothes are okay but very expensive compared to brand like boohooo who have an extensive plus size range.

Left a review here a few days ago, really unhappy with my latest order. Admittedly it was harsh but I still stand by the initial review. The sizing is awful, to have a size 8 pair of leggings squeeze my legs together, painfully, and be unable to get them past my bum, was horrible. It honestly left me feeling embarrassed and ashamed. But why? My other leggings, dresses etc in the same size fit like a dream. We're supposed to be promoting body positivity, they use more plus size models, petite models, but their sizes are still smaller than the average high street store? I have leggings from years ago just from one of those stores in a size 6 that I can get into with ease so.. I will say that their customer service team is amazing, they refunded my delivery fee and my discount code. I'm not sure if I'll use it but I'm very appreciative nonetheless.

Very inconsistent sizing between all size 8 items in my order, had to return them all and I then had difficulty accessing the portal for returns and then when found it was not working. Had to return my items through the parcel connect website itself.
