Hi! I had ordered a package the weekend before last. I paid for faster shipping and the expected delivery date on the website was yesterday, April 28. The shipment is supposed to be delivered by fedex. Its been over a week and now one day since the expected delivery date. I called fedex and they informed me they have not even received my package to begin the shipping process. I’m very disappointed considering i paid for express shipping and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Seeing as how fedex hasn’t even received my package, i assume it’s going to take a lot longer to deliver and i’m not even sure where it is. Very disappointed.

Hey Kayla, Sorry to hear your order hasn't landed with you yet. As it's late, I've refunded the shipping cost back to card and it'll show in the account by the end of May 12th. I've checked the tracking and the order has been delayed on at the courier depot in Stansted. Once the order is loaded onto a plane, the tracking should update further and Fedex will provide an updated estimated delivery date. Thanks Usman

I shopped with pretty little thing and order lots of items as it’s my birthday on Friday. I got my delivery on time which was great. Unfortunately when I received my order Most of the items were way to big for me even though I ordered my size. It’s such a shame as I have to send them all back. I was really looking forward to a new wardrobe. Fingers crossed the returns process is smooth!

We aim to stick to our size guide as much as possible, however, it can vary depending on the style and fitting. Love PLT they have everything for any occasion and is my go too !! Never had any problems with refunds, however a couple of items I’ve bought have came faulty, jewel missing from slides and my cross necklace came bent ! Apart from that really good

used to love this website but now i rarely order from here as the delivery is shocking. takes 7-8 working days for items to be delivered when they advertise 3-5. i also had another experience where i ordered next day and it never came next day despite ordering it before 11am & i am not in a post code restriction. disappointing

Hey Taylor, Glad to hear you love our styles. All our orders are shipped on a fully trackable service with leading providers in the destination countries. They're also signed for services, so a signature will be needed to complete delivery. Depending on the delivery method chosen, the order will be held for collection after a delivery attempt at the post office or the couriers depot. Customer service is poor I returned some items I did receive confirmation it was received and received a date for my refund. The date has past and still have not received my refund tried to reach out not getting any response

Hey, Sorry to hear you've not been able to locate your refund. I've checked this for you and the refund was processed on February 1st, with it being accepted on the 2nd. As the funds are showing as leaving our accounts and confirmed by our payment processor, you would need to contact the bank that was originally charged around January 14th and they'll be able to help you locate the refund. I liked my purchase until it arrived, I ordered a tracksuit and the top and bottom came in different shades of blue, but apart from that my order was likeable and reasonable.

The price’s good they generally do a lot of discount on the website so it’s affordable. But you may pay attention to the material it’s not a like what you see on the website and pay attention to the size you might be surprise.

Tops are very small in size. Size 8 is more like a small 6 or a big 4 , no point shopping here if you have big boobs either.

I shop from pretty little thing a lot, it’s hit and miss really some items I get are great and others are nothing like I expected and bad quality... ruin in the wash and I’ve had many items rip but then some are great...

It takes TWO weeks to arrive!!! Also don’t trust the photo of the item. I ordered a beautiful blazer dress in a rust color, the color that arrived was pretty but more shiny than presented on the website. The quality of the clothing was nice.

Hey Mona, Orders can take up to 7 business days for deliveries to the USA. It's shipped on a signed for delivery service, so someone would need to be in to accept the order. Everything is gorgeous but I ordered over 30+ items. Most things fit others were the wrong size. Some things fit way bigger than the picture shows. don’t base your size off the descriptions & size guides.

I am quiet happy and disappointed with some of the clothes I have ordered with pretty little thing and some of things have been really good but I am not sure if I am going to continue shopping with you but your pieces are great value

First dress was too small. Reordered the dress in the next size which was fine but having trouble returning the first dress. Site says it can’t find my order even when I put in the order number.

I wear a size 12, but found dress ordered in this size more like an 8. Ordered a larger size, which was damaged(seams ripped on both sides). Received another which finally seems ok. On the plus side, delivery is quick, and returns are easy.

The price, delivery website were great however the bikini bottoms I purchased had terrible proportions and needed alterations, costing way more than the item itself.
