“Hi love ya website but one thing you could improve on and also sell more !! Ladies need to no if theres a stretch in the item , missguided does i would purchase more if this was displayed keep in mind plt”

“Most things on pretty little thing arrive and look exactly like the photo/video hence the 4 stars. However there has been one or two items that the sizing has been a little bit off or the clothing item doesn’t look anything like the photo. I shop on here all the time and it is honestly a favourite of mine. The clothes although being on the cheaper side last and you don’t need to throw them out after 3 washes. The colours don’t fade in the clothes either. Returns are completely free and any issues I’ve had customer service is very helpful. I’ve had a few issues with next day delivery but that wasn’t down the pretty little thing.”

“Quick delivery (one day before they said). Most products looked like they did on the website - usually the more expensive ones and the cheap ones didn’t look the same”

“Item was good but packaging damaged. Crushed and ripped shoe box. Would nt usually be concerned about box but they were a gift”

“I ordered two skirts about 13 days ago and still haven’t gotten it yet. The tracking just kept saying in transit. It’s finally shown that it was somewhat close to my house. Probably won’t order from pretty little thing again for any outfit I need for an event. Though I spoke to an agent Iram who was very helpful ,and gave me the money I paid for the delivery back. I hope to get my package sooner than later.”

“Nice clothes, the sizing is abit strange for the hoodies, the body fits nice but the hole for your head is super tight and can barely put on. Delivery was super quick and easy.”

“Was happy with the pants I purchased, however not about the shirt. It was very thin. Revived a discount for my order, if I would’ve paid full price I would’ve not been satisfied.”

“I really like PLT in general. They have nice items, decent prices and really good sales. But I recently ordered something, paid and everything and was really excited. They contacted me a few days later and told me that they couldn't ship the product. They did give me a refund but I had to wait about a week before the amount as returned to my account.”

“I ordered some swimwear and was very pleased with it. Other than the way the material sat on the one side on the Peach & white stripe bikini top which was a bit odd at the bottom the way it folded itself over and you could see part of the lining.”

“Was disappointed I ordered next day deliver and waited in for a delivery which wasn’t ever coming. However Matthew helped me. He advised me on when my item was coming and refunded me the cost of next day delivery. Very grateful :-)”

“Delivery was a bit slow. Clothes were very pretty but the material feels cheap. I’d buy again tho, price was good. Btw, one of my dresses came with a sewing defect.”

“Ordering and receiving my package was smooth, I live in the U.S so obviously it took a little longer than every other location near. However I only gave this a 4 star rate because I washed my item and it literally got ruined with one wash after using it once.”
