Most things on pretty little thing arrive and look exactly like the photo/video hence the 4 stars. However there has been one or two items that the sizing has been a little bit off or the clothing item doesn’t look anything like the photo. I shop on here all the time and it is honestly a favourite of mine. The clothes although being on the cheaper side last and you don’t need to throw them out after 3 washes. The colours don’t fade in the clothes either. Returns are completely free and any issues I’ve had customer service is very helpful. I’ve had a few issues with next day delivery but that wasn’t down the pretty little thing.
