“Pretty little thing was always a little hit and miss for me. Sometimes everything I would order would be far too small and bad quality. However, the last few times I’ve ordered everything had been AMAZING. So fussy with jeans usually however, I’ve found my new regulars! Also, delivery was 4 days earlier than expected.”

“I usually love PLT for the clothing and the accuracy. However I bought two items 2 weeks before my vacation and I never received them. I did speak to a representative who was polite and understanding. I love the fact you can speak with a rep on whatsapps and multiple platforms. The refund process could be better since it was very quick to take my money but was gonna take almost 2 weeks to return it.”

“I really love this brand, they come out with new items everyday and always have the best sales! They're pretty popular because items tend to sell out quickly!The quality is pretty good, although sizing is confusing, I always have to size down when I buy bottoms and their pants seem to be super long and baggier than the picture (which I now understand why the models are always wearing heels) Shipping is pretty fast, I live in Canada and it takes about a week or less for my items to arrive, I also never had to pay tax/duties. I wish the website would do promos for shipping like if I spend over 100$ I can get free shipping but it always has been 15$. One thing that got me a bit confused is the fact that it's in USD and I wish they had the option to convert it to CAD. Anyways, I'm always shopping on this website because I always find what I need and I love their clothes!”

“My dress came incredibly creased but after ironing the dress was fitted perfectly to the size chart and i was really happy with the product. I also wish shipping was cheaper its the main think that puts me off buying sometimes.”

“Cheap clothes that most of the time look and feel amazing. Sometimes the clothes aren’t the best quality, but they are cheap so it’s worth it in my opinion. Returns are incredibly easy and free, and delivery is fast and very efficient. Really good store.”

“Super happy with my dress! I needed a dress asap and with the early delivery, I had it in only 2 days. The dress looked so nice and everybody liked it. The quality is obviously not the best, but ist good concerning what you pay for it! The jewelry also was so pretty - same goes for quality here too!”

“I had two separate orders within days of each other my second order arrived before my first, but the first was received a few days later. Love everything I ordered most of the times are very good in quality and stitching, I ordered the teal thigh high boots they didn’t for so that was a disappointment. And one pair of pants was a little too thin for work. Other than that 1 romper 4 tops, 2 sets of earrings, 2 pair of heels, and a necklace work beautifully.”

“I recently reordered some bottoms from PLT, they came on time, the fit of the bottoms were good but not great. PLT bottoms are long and I’m 5’2 and hippy but a pair of heels could probably fix that. The crotch of the pants however were a bit long on me so I might have to get it fixed.”

“i love some of the customer service i had a different person respond to me the first time but they didn’t text back for hours i had to text again and the 2nd time i got iram and he was great!! he responded quick and helped me with my problem as soon as he could if i need anything i will request him quick responses 😁”
