“Never really had a problem with plt if I've returned something always got a refund always very helpful delivery always fast can't really fault them.”

“I love plt and I’ve ordered many times !!!! However sometimes clothes are on the thin side . Ie leggings and a dress I recently bought for £45 which is a dearer priced item of PLT. Was like paper thin. But my issue would be more delivery , I ordered next day and it was nearly a week later ! Was blamed on storm in “Ireland “ Even tho it affected the uk , and Ireland .”

Hey, Glad to hear you loved your experience with us. As we're based in the UK, orders are subject to weather conditions near our warehouse and also the country we're sending it through. Storms can cause delays to the ferrys which means some orders are delivered a lot later than expected. We always try to do what we can to reduce the impact of weather delays and work with our couriers as much as possible. Thanks Usman

“I ordered according to the size charts, but the items were a bit too big. Nothing a small sewing job can't fix though. The quality was surprisingly lower than I thought it'd be. I don't recommend getting dresses from here. I love the shirts and shoes that I got, but the dresses felt like they were gonna fall apart.”

“Easy to use, quality's okay, price is decent for some clothing and I always order from here and the return and refund is quick and easy, the delivery is on time/earlier. Appearance of clothing wise, everything is as seen on site but the inside of the clothing's fabrics is always unpredictable and usually not so good.”

“Had royalty for 2 years now saved so much money with having as order 3 or 4 times a month at least, always a good sale on and now they have perfume as well more variety and they're plus size is great, it's a shame they still deliver with hermes which isn't that great, sometimes sizing is an issue but when I have complained they get right back and solve this issue! Love plt”

“absolutely love plt and trust it however there was one time which i was not happy with delivery as i did not receive next day delivery which i paid for. other than that i am always pleased with the service and think it’s a brilliant website! x”

“Pvc jumpsuit, loved it. The only criticism I would say was top was a bit big, because I’m small chested Maybe I should have got size 10 rather than 12. Other than that I loved it.. the bit on bottom, make your butt look extra big. And nicely shaped.”

“Everything that I have ordered has come on time but I have bought some baby blue pyjamas but when the came they were dark blue that’s the only issue I have had and I have been ordering for around a year now other than that I recommend buying from plt”

“For the most part everything comes on time & in good condition. There has been an occasion where the boots I ordered came in a questionable state & I needed them for the next day but had to return but it got dealt with promptly so wasn’t all doom & gloom.”
