“The WhatsApp service that PLT offer is such a great thing. I had a problem with my delivery within 2 minutes of me sending a message via WhatsApp I received a reply from Billy. He helped me with my query, within 2hrs of my first message being sent I received a refund confirmation! So quick and easy to use.”

“My daughter loves PLT. Perfect fit. Free next day delivery was a bonus this time. Items arrived promptly the next day. Only negative would be that on occasion the deliveries have been haphazard in duration.”

“For the most part, I'm pretty happy with what I get from PLT. The fact there is yearly next day shipping on unlimited orders for 10 pounds, accompanied by free returns is pretty phenomenal. You have to give these guys credit for keeping the business model sustainable. On the flip side, is every piece of clothing a winner? Not at all. I've received some real turkeys but the other half of it is pretty cute, and I keep that stuff. Keep in mind there is no hassle in returning what you've bought, and refunds are stupid quick. If you keep the expectation realistic here, you really can't complain. The dress doesn't fit? So what... take an educated guess, order three, return the ones that don't fit right for free. Easy. I'll be renewing my royalty this year, for sure.”

“I love PLT ! I buy from the U.S. and i absolutely love their clothing. The ONLY thing bad i would have to say is that , leggings tend to be quite see through and some material is itchy/rough. Other than that , Size is true to fit and I always receive my full order from PLT!”

“I ordered a chocolate, ruched, off-shoulder, Bardot dress for my graduation. It came earlier than expected and was a great fit. I ordered one size larger for a looser fit. Cute dress and you could track it every step of the way.”

“Delivery was fairly quick and the item looked just like the picture. My only complaint is that the material is easily caught on Velcro and goes bally, other than that no issues!”

“Ordered for the first time and my package came earlier than the estimated delivery date and my clothes were good looking too. Slightly different to the picture and material isn’t the best but overall I was impressed. Would buy from pretty little thing again.”

“delivery is good, comes at mid day usually. pricing is brilliant. had to return a few items because of sizing reasons, long sleeved size 4 in most tops or bodysuits are very very thin around the wrist. mostly good quality though.”

“I have next day delivery but it takes three days because of Christmas I understand that they have a lot of purchases but you would think that they would try and make it so that you have It next day apart from that the return system is amazing never had any problems and got my refunds very quickly and I love their clothes more than half my cupboard is from here.”
