“The price point is fantastic however the sizing and quality of a lot of products i have tried have not been great, i find that a lot of the time products dont look the same on as they do online. but otherwise i have been a customer for a long time it is just hit and miss”

“I ordered from PLT on 6/12.. My order was a tad bit late, being I just received them today (6/21) but I loooove everything that I ordered! The quality is great and all my garments are super cute. I was upset about the lead time because I paid $5 for standard 5-7 day shipping, but other than that, everything was great. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.”

“I was reluctant to buy from Pretty Little Things based on a few reviews. But was glad I took the chance. I ordered 5 items and only kept 1 due to sizing issues. I followed the return process and it literally took 30 days to get my refund. That's the only negative. I had to email and send proof of tracking and pictures of items returned. But once I provided all the required info the Service Team was quick and efficient. I would order from Pretty Little Things in the future! (Just pack my patience if I have to return items)”

“I absolutely LOVE all their pants. I got army, cargo pants and they look expensive, are flattering and fit well. I got another hounds-tooth pair as well and they're great. I have a crop top and bodysuit from them -- look good and were cheap in price -- but I doubt they'll last long. It's a good site to buy fashion items from, that will go out of style soon, because it's cheap and they have a great selection. I did buy a wrap top that ended up looking quite cheap and didn't sit well, so I returned that. But overall, LOVE PLT. I live in Canada and have never been charged customs and it usually arrives within a week or so.”

“I live in Canada and my order came in 7 days using standard shipping. After placing my order my tracking number was useless, and i did not have a consistent estimated time of arrival. I read the bad reviews about shipping and got very scared so i emailed and sent a facebook message to customer service. I was expecting the worst but i got replies to both messages within 24 hours and i was provided with 2 useful links that gave me ALL the details about where my order was, when it would arrive and when it was shipped. The order came right when the links told me they would. The dress fits great and is decent quality. I would order again”

“as soon as i went onto the website i fell in love with all the products, the delivery was super fast, including a really cheap £1 next day delivery which i was delighted with, the website is great itself. my only concern is that the clothes seem to be too small, so i'd suggest going up a size or two, especially if you have bigger breasts”
