Was missing items off of my order so I contacted the customer service team, where 2 separate members of staff told me they had reviewed the packing footage and my order was fully packed and I was lieing about not receiving my items, and I would be reported to their fraud team if I continued.
I kept on, and contacted them via another website where a separate member of staff reviewed the footage, and APOLOGISED because my missing items WERE NOT packed into my parcel and the previous members of staff (Lynda and Ryan) had obviously LIED. I’ve been refunded but it just goes to show how far they’re willing to go for a couple of £. Completely dishonest, shady company with the RUDEST lieing Customer Service team on the planet. Except Jack, Jacks cool.
